Rampant abuse of the role of GAL…..
It’s a bit of a stretch to tie the charges against her to being a GAL. She was never a GAL for the victim and never acted as a GAL in the underlying family court case.
J. Doe: We are all now dumber for having read your comment.
I didn’t think it was possible for you to get any dumber. Apparently I was wrong.
Here we go again. Just like exposed back in the late 90s, the SC GAL program still has major issues.
Many things inside the SC Judicial system are out of order. Trying to fix it with the same old people operating the system that either work it, are managing it, or even keeping the bench warm will never fix a darn thing. They all must be removed and be punished where punishment is mandate by law.
It’s long overdue to make more than a few examples out of those who are dirty. Even those in the court system who can easily be exposed for their illegal behavior from many years ago.
And to the spies for SC’s notorious corrupt legal system that like to snoop on the emails and text messages of FITSnews and others, you slip when you think it’s impossible to do just that.
Emily Hinson should be looked into. Her cases out of Lexington County are horrid.
This woman is beyond evil. She deserves no place in public trust. I argued against her being appointed a GAL. She has claimed to be an attorney for a decade. She has been preparing judgments and forged court orders for years. While I believe the law is the lowest form of ethics, this one deserves the full force of the law. All the evidence needed to hold this one accountable already resides in the Greenville Count Family Court Records.
I can’t wait to talk to GCSO.
Add Thom Neal into the bunch that needs to be ‘looked into’.
