The FB post in question may or may not have ever existed. Regardless, it is NOT the reason Egg Lady was dismissed. That was her running her actual mouth to people about the trial during the trial. Does she have ANY credibility? Do Dick, Jim or Alex have a shred of credibility in their mountains of motions? I don’t think so. These are tales told by idiots full of sound and fury signifying NOTHING. A whole lot of smoke. Kind of like the “ironclad alibi”? Alex Murdaugh was found guilty by a jury due to a State case with overwhelming evidence. Because of that verdict he is now presumed GUILTY. Judge Newman can say anything he wants to because he now presumed that he IS GUILTY. These attacks on Ms. Hill & Judge Newman are baseless & a grasping at straws. I have great respect for FITS & the staff, but if you want the real story here go find out how Dick & Jim are being paid. Find out where all of the stolen money went. These are things that matter & will reveal much more than the barrage of motions by these clowns.

Somebody once famously said – “Follow the money.” It’s STILL good advice!

Griff, Harpo and AleX Murderer really do come off as buffoons. Remember when AleX stated during trial that he didn’t want to go down to the kennels that night because he didn’t want to sweat? He’s sweatin’ in McCormick Correctional Facility and wants a transfer to federal prison without murder convictions, so he can serve soft time with air-conditioning. AleX is still manipulating the system. He’s a clear and present danger to everyone he encounters. He’ll always be a liar, cheat, thief, con, coward and killer. How this unfolds will speak volumes on whether ot not South Carolina will ever have a true justice system instead of the corrupt and criminal good ol’ boys exclusive club of legislators, lawyers, judges and law enforcement.

Murdaugh is capable of anything.

The following article was published July 9, 2009

JASPER SUN TIMES
Staff Writer: Bluffton Today

HAMPTON – Local and state police are still searching for a suspect in connection with an apparent arson attempt at the home of a local attorney.

Firefighters responded to a reported structure fire at the home of Alex Murdaugh at 515 Holly St. Extension around 7:30 Friday morning. While the fire was quickly distinguished, evidence at the scene has prompted an arson investigation, said Hampton Police Chief Perry McAlhaney.

“We suspect that sometime Thursday night or Friday morning someone spread some kind of accelerant around the house and tried to set it on fire from the back door,” said McAlhaney. “Luckily, for some reason it didn’t spread through the house and the only thing that burned was the floor mat.”

McAlhaney said that as of Wednesday morning the incident is still under investigation by the Hampton Police Department with assistance from the State Law Enforcement Division Arson Team, the Hampton County Sheriff’s Office, and the Varnville Police Department.

McAlhaney added that an estimate of the amount of damage to the Murdaugh home was not known at this time. Murdaugh is an attorney with the Peters, Murdaugh, Parker, Eltzroth, & Detrick law firm in Hampton and the son of retired solicitor Randolph Murdaugh III.

I totally agree with your comments

Thank you for sharing that piece from 2009.

This new drama does make me think about cousin Eddie’s response on the Netflix special regarding AM being locked up, “this is just a bump in the road.”
