THANK YOU for covering this story and THANK YOU to the DOE for catching this offender’s teaching app and putting it to a halt.

In the past, the DOE published educator license suspensions and revocations, but it did not publish denials of teaching applications; now they do. I assume this is a change that came with the new superintendent (Ellen Weaver); if so, thank you to her and her office. The public needs this transparency.

Try looking at circuit Judge Alex Kinlaws sentencing record when it comes to pedophiles and sex offenders. When prosecutors seek active time he gives probationary sentences and when he has to give mandatory sentences he oftentimes apologizes to the defendants. He is a prime example of what is wrong with the judiciary. His “qualifications” were obviously ignored by the JMSC as he is barely qualified to even be a lawyer much less a judge.

Many pedophiles are already in the school systems. They are those allowing and stocking school libraries with indecent and pornographic books such as All Boys aren’t blue. And if you think that book and others like it are ok for school kids you are part of the problem….

I am now just seeing these articles, and I didn’t know they dropped the charges done against the 11 year old. What’s even crazier is that I’m the 11 year that was on an aquarium field trip for my school when I get called to my brothers school over this. I didn’t know it was a big deal until a cop came to pick me up.
