There is a recent video out there of him unmedicated and trying to talk to reporters on Air Force Once and I don’t think anyone understood what he was trying to say. “Four more year!!!”, the Democrats will be lucky if he makes it “Four more months!!!”. Democrats are treating Joe like Joe Wilson’s wife treats her mother.
