He would sell his soul right now to get to Club Fed. Or would he? So far, none of the three birds have really sung. Now might be a good time to do that.
Also, does his restitution of $9M in assets include the trust Daddy left him? It may be untouchable in some respects, but it is an asset.
Where in the (&@&@& will this grifter come up with $10-12,000,000 that he can likely be tied to?
This is nothing but a simple case of “Democrats” taking care of democrats and Harpootlian having contacts with Biden Crime Families controlled DOJ. They know Alec will be convicted of everything in the State Cases, since he already admitted guilt under oath in the Murder Crimes. Like J Monday said in the above post, all this is to get Alec into a Club Fed prison. I hope and pray that Attn. GEn Wilson does everything possible to keep in the state prison system for the rest of his life. I also think that should he get a new trial that the “death Penalty” should definitely be on the table.

This is just all such bullshit for Murdaugh, Lafitte and Fleming for what they did. They all need to be hung up by their testicles til they snap off. Then we’ll be satisfied.
Both Fleming and Murdaugh plea agreements have been trumpeted by the prosecution that full cooperation and disclosure are part of the deals. Neither one has given s__t. Where is the allocution? Where did the money go? Who else was involved? The pleas should be retracted and maximum sentences given.
