Hunh, imagine that. Wonder if legislative immunity will protect him?
What about his alleged participation in letting a convicted criminal out of prison way before he completed his sentence? Is that going to be investigated?
He is likely not worried and will not need to rely upon the “Price Pivot”. Because, he gets to pick the very people who will judge any of which will kiss the ring. Unless, it ends up in federal court which is unlikely.

This guy just seems sketchy. Hopefully the State & Feds will figure out the questionable hidden earmarks. Someone also needs to investigate how/why the gangsta/murderer was released early then had to be tracked down-all with taxpayer $$ thanks to Mr. Rutherford & the sketchy Judge. Good grief…
IRS should check his cash payments made by clients to him. He is a sleezy piece of crap! There are many specs that he could hide money and steer money, but has gotten away with it for years.
Anyone who has seen video of Rutherford yuking it up, backslapping and constantly grandstanding in both courtrooms and on the floor of the legislature should immediately know he is precisely the kind of con-artist bullshitter who hasn’t put in an honest day’s work during his entire elected life or during his entire life as a practicing attorney.
