It seems that this whole investigation is getting shuffled under the rug. Lex Medical Ctr is a huge plug in the state and certainly they do not want this story to keep getting attention. Imagine how many patients from that practice could sue them for the sheer leaking of their personal info/HIPPA. Come on, with all the lawyers in Lexington you would think this would have been swarmed quickly…
In addition, the code of ethics as a physician has been hit several times here- 1) Affairs w patients 2) Prescribing narcotics to receive back and take 3) Allowing access to patient records from non clinicians.
It seems crazy to believe a physician has their license back with this many pending infractions.
She shouldn’t be practicing ANYWHERE!!
