‘We Are Not Alone’: Nancy Mace Seeks Answers To Alien Incursions

Earlier this month, one of our readers sent us a homemade video of a string of parallel lights traversing the night sky over downtown Columbia, South Carolina.

After tweeting the clip, I soon learned the unidentified flying objects were tied to Starlink, the satellite internet constellation operated by Elon Musk’s SpaceX company. Thus, they became an “identified” flying object.

But what about actual UFOs? Has any tangible evidence of their existence ever been uncovered? And what about the alien intelligence responsible for creating them? Have we uncovered evidence of alien life forms? And if so … is our government hiding all of this information from us?

These are questions politicians in Washington, D.C. have historically refused to answer – questions they have, in fact, sought to suppress. Until now …

First of all, it turns out they aren’t called UFOs anymore. The new term of art is UAP – or “unidentified anomalous phenomenon.” And if the “phenomenon” happens to be flying through the air, it’s referred to as an “unidentified aerial phenomenon.”

Last week, the U.S. House oversight committee – which includes South Carolina congresswoman Nancy Mace – held a lengthy hearing on UAPs and their “implications on national security, public safety and government transparency.”

Mace referred to the hearing as “a topic of grave importance to our national security.” And she is absolutely correct.

During this gathering, Mace questioned panelists about the so-called “Tic Tac UAP,” a mysterious object observed by U.S. Navy fighter pilots off the coast of Southern California on November 14, 2004. Footage of the object – and two other UAP sightings – was released by the government several years ago.

Retired commander David Fravor was leading the Navy squadron which detected a “little white Tic Tac-looking object” over the ocean with no external markings. The object had “no rotors, no rotor wash and (no) visible flight control surfaces like wings.” It also had no exhaust plume.

When the FA/18 fighters approached it, the object “rapidly accelerated and disappeared right in front of our aircraft,” according to Fravor’s testimony (.pdf). The object then reportedly traveled a distance of sixty miles in less than a minute, refusing to conform “with any of the known aerodynamic principles that we expect for objects that fly in our atmosphere.”

Mace questioned Fravor about his encounter with the Tic-Tac, but her most revealing exchange came while questioning major David Grusch – a former Air Force officer and intelligence official who until recently served on the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD)’s UAP task force.

Grusch is now a whistleblower – testifying before the oversight committee about how the federal government has been covering up the existence of alien life forms.

“You’ve stated that the government is in possession of potentially non-human spacecraft: Based on your experience and extensive conversations with experts, do you believe our government has made contact with intelligent extraterrestrials?” Mace asked Grusch.

Grusch said he couldn’t speak to that in a public setting, but the second-term congresswoman – undeterred – pushed him to confirm comments he previously made during a June 11, 2023 interview with News Nation. In that interview, Grusch acknowledged the existence of a federal program investigating “non-human origin technical vehicles” and specifically the wreckage of “non-human exotic origin vehicles that have either landed or crashed.”

“If you believe we have crashed craft, as stated earlier, do we have the bodies of the pilots who piloted this craft?” Mace asked.

“As I’ve stated publicly already in my News Nation interview, biologics came with some of these recoveries,” he said.

“Were they human or non-human biologics?” Mace asked.

“Non-human,” Grusch responded. “And that was the assessment of people with direct knowledge on the program I talked to that are currently still on the program.”

Wow …

Intrigued, Mace asked Grusch if he would be willing to provide a list of “agency, sub-agency (or) contractors” names the committee could call to get to the bottom of these other-worldly discoveries. Grusch offered to provide the committee with a “specific cooperative and hostile witness list” of individuals with direct knowledge of the program.

During her questioning of the panelists, Mace drilled into the secrecy surrounding these revelations – asking whether officials “at the highest level of our national security apparatus have unlawfully withheld information from congress and subverted our oversight authority.”

“I would not be surprised,” Grusch responded.

Not everyone was thrilled with Mace’s line of questioning. In fact her would-be opponent in next fall’s congressional election sounded off against her on social media.

“The people of South Carolina’s first district have enough problems to deal with here on Earth,” Democrat Michael Moore tweeted. “Nancy Mace should handle those before digging up E.T.”

“It’s about government accountability versus government secrets,” Mace fired back. “It’s about knowledge versus ignorance. It’s about technology. It’s about energy. And it’s about national security.”

Indeed. But it’s also about finding out whether our government has already answered one of the defining questions of humankind: Are we alone?

Increasingly, all signs point to the answer to that question being “no.”
