You reported earlier on an incontrovertible fact of this case: that CDS claimed 50% low income in applying for federal assistance. CDS then, on two occasions, has publicly claimed to have followed the “letter and spirit” of the law, an obviously bald-faced lie and criminal misrepresentation. Why have the Board, parents, and alumni been so silent for so long in the face or this obvious – and criminal- farce? How self-soothing to send one’s kids to a school that trumpets “integrity “ as a cardinal virtue and then go limp when it is time to practice it oneself.

Excellent reporting. COVID fraud is so rampant and the current administration doesn’t give a rat’s arse. What’s tens of millions in fraud when it mingles among multi-trillions in national spending? Good people trying to do the right thing are canceled out because corruption and criminality seem to have become the norm, from the top down.
