SCDJJ will never have another director to work as hard or care as much as the one they have now. SHE CARES, and she is their best chance. And no, I’m not a friend or acquaintance of hers. SUPPORT THIS TEAM

It didn’t help either when someone decided to start placing 17 year Olds in juvenile facilities instead of adult facilities. Also, probably most prevalent, is the gang problem inside the facility. That will be tough to fix.
