Politicians and SCPA leaders have sold out the state by focusing on Charleston and not developing the port in Jasper County. Jasper County is one of the poorest counties in the state, and the entire state could benefit from what this port could bring. This port would have a huge impact on GA, as it would take cargo miles closer to the ocean, saving shippers millions. Shame on Bernie Groseclose, Nikki Haley, and every other politician who has had a hand in holding SC down.

Savannah can have all of the truck traffic they want clogging their highways. Charleston area container traffic on our road system is a nightmare.
