Okay, now I’m confused. The GOP in the House of Representatives and Senate count votes in their respective caucuses. I asked my Senator if he had ever been told how to vote. The answer was an emphatic, “No.”. But, The Freedom Caucus is anything but free. If a member doesn’t vote with the caucus 90% of the time, they are out. So, a few people control 20 votes? Tyranny.
