Wofford surely you can find someone better to teach whatever it is this guy teaches at your school. This guy is too much of a nerd to have a regular law practice (washed out at two law firms and the DOJ), and is too dumb to be a law school professor. So he ends up doing what? Working a part time job at Wofford, pretending to be a Constitutional Scholar and and spitting out sophomoric rehashes of neo-confederate right wing talking points. This guy wants to tell us how to elect judges? I am betting he had aspirations of being a judge and that was met with a giant LOL, so the system must be broken. They didn’t want him so it must be all about connections he did not have. Keep telling yourself that buddy. It will make you feel better.

You have to love these so called conservatives who can’t seem to make it in life without spending a portion of it on the taxpayer’s back. Right, Will.
