LET THE DRAMA COMMENCE!
Will Folks – the founding editor of the website you are currently reading – has been listed as a witness in the ongoing legal drama between Thomas Ravenel and Kathryn Dennis, the two stars of the Charleston, S.C.-based Bravo TV reality drama Southern Charm.
Ravenel is a 54-year-old playboy and former statewide official who employed Folks as a consultant on his victorious 2006 campaign for treasurer of South Carolina. Dennis, 25, is a model and entrepreneur who was discovered by this website back in 2012.
Folks is widely credited with bringing Ravenel and Dennis together – a moment that was actually captured during his cameo appearance on the inaugural episode of Southern Charm.
Producers of the show – which kicks off its fourth season in the spring – should be thanking him. The couple’s toxic relationship has been ratings gold for Bravo.
More recently, though, it has been fodder for various machinations within the South Carolina judicial system – which isn’t surprising seeing as Ravenel and Dennis are currently engaged in a contentious custody battle over their two young children.

What sort of evidence or insight into these dramatis personae is Folks expected to provide to the court? It’s not immediately clear, although it has been rumored he is in possession of some scintillating anecdotes about both of the Bravo stars – information that could conceivably find its way into the public record in the event he were compelled to give testimony.
So stay tuned … assuming such prurient fare interests you, that is.
Of course given everything happening in Folks’ personal life at the moment, our guess is he won’t be in a hurry to beat a path to the courtroom anytime soon.
