TROPICAL STORM THREAT PROMPTS DECISION …
If the University of South Carolina men’s soccer team was hoping to set another attendance record against Rutgers this weekend, it’s out of luck.
Head coach Mark Berson‘s Gamecocks have canceled their scheduled Friday tilt with the Scarlet Knights on account of inclement weather associated with Tropical Storm Hermine.
The game – which was scheduled for 4:00 p.m. EDT on Friday – has been called off. No word yet on when the match will be rescheduled.
