I knew it was just a matter of time before Dick just lost it completely. I haven’t seen him in several years. The last time I did, he was doing his usual stunt of running for two elective offices at the same time, and spouting total nonsense to anyone who would listen.
I believe he is insane, or suffering from some form of dementia. Hate to think what going to prison will do to him. It’s sad to see minds deteriorate that way.
