Almost got there with my 10th grade Biology teacher that was 10 years older than me before she regained her senses. My son’s high school has a student population of around 1,300 and it sounds to me like the kids run the school, cannot even imagine a student body of 4000.
How do you even begin to manage that many kids?
i would hazard a guess, based on what I hear from my son, that about half of any given student body are manageable. Meaning that they come equipped with the respect for teachers, social skills and upbringing that allows them to maintain decorum. The other half may as well stay home.
