So let me get this straight. The roads are a mess. The SCDOT is mess. The roads budgeting is a mess. Reforms have been a mess. ‘Republicans’ are in charge and have been in charge for a long, long time. But it’s the liberal’s fault. Yeah, sure, that makes sense.

I think he was trying to say Liberal, Tax and Spend, Republicans. If not LOL. It could be worse, NC has much more tax and yet has double the serious deficiencies according to report by WSOC a few weeks ago. I repeat myself, the road building industry is very dirty and corrupt, Getting the taxpayer”s money worth is very difficult. This is where a very aggressive, unbribed, oversight committee would make sense. From what I’ve read it seems to be the opposite in my adopted state.
