“RING OF FIRE” AT IT AGAIN …
A magnitude 7.8 earthquake rocked Indonesia on Wednesday. The quake – originally believed to be an 8.3 magnitude event – was centered approximately fifteen miles below the ocean floor approximately 500 miles southwest of the city of Padang.
That’s according to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), which tracks earthquake activity around the globe.
Tsunami alerts were issued in the aftermath of the quake, although it’s not immediately clear whether any of the deadly waves were created by the incident.
A massive 9.1 magnitude earthquake struck in this area in 2004 – spawning tsunamis that killed more than 130,000 Indonesians. Tens of thousands of people were also killed in Sri Lanka and India in the aftermath of that quake – the third-strongest on record and the longest in terms of duration (lasting up to ten minutes).
Earthquakes are measured by the Richter scale – which assigns an energy value to the strength of each seismic event. Each number on the scale represents a quake ten times more powerful than the previous number.
UPDATE: Tsunami warnings related to the current quake have been called off.

Trump did it.
Trump will build a wall that will stop that tsunami. A beautiful wall…
And the Indonesians will pay for it.
Now they make some good guitars down there. Cort – Brain May’s favorite.
If you’re right and Trump did it, Hillary doesn’t stand a chance.
