It took precisely one article on this website – and the wall of comments spawned by that article – for Nadia Bakalova’s devil-may-care attitude towards her haters to come shining through.

Bakalova has been around the world. She’s seen everything. Partied everywhere. Worked as a model. And now she’s about to be in the public eye in a big way as the (rumored) new girlfriend of former S.C. treasurer and reality television star Thomas Ravenel.
Is Bakalova sweating the attention that goes with the spotlight?

Ravenel, a 53-year-old playboy from Charleston, S.C., is the star of Bravo TV’s Southern Charm reality television show. His co-star? Kathryn Dennis – a 24-year-old redheaded diva who happens to be the mother of his two young children (albeit not a very good one, according to Ravenel).
Dennis is also the scion of two of the Palmetto State’s most prominent political families.
Ravenel and Dennis have had a combustible relationship ever since they first got together (at the suggestion of this website’s founding editor Will Folks, ironically) – but the tension between the two of them has been a ratings bonanza for Bravo.
Dennis gave this website an exclusive interview recently confirming that her relationship with Ravenel was “off.” She also indicated she had recently been meeting with attorneys, although she didn’t say whether she and her lawyers discussed Ravenel – or in what capacity.
Ravenel? He’s had quite an interesting run of late … to say the least.
What does Bakalova think of Dennis?
“Don’t know her. Never met her,” she told us. “Nor do I care.”

We’re obviously big fans of Dennis … but we can’t help but like Bakalova as well.
We also can’t help but think what a great addition she would make to Southern Charm, which has struggled to build much in the way of compelling narratives outside of whatever the latest drama is engulfing Ravenel and Dennis. Obviously season three of the show has concluded filming, but will Bakalova make an appearance in season four?

I agree with parts of that. But a lot of people watch shitty reality shows who are not morons at all. Same thing as “professional wrestling.” Jimmy Fallon is a smart guy, but he’s a Southern Charm fan. Go figure. It’s brain candy, and not not an indicator of IQ.

Oh Buzz is 100% correct, the site sucks. I’ve tried to watch it a couple of times and never made it through an episode. It’s about a bunch of self obsessed publicity whores who need to seek professional help.
