MARCO RUBIO, JEB BUSH, JOHN KASICH BATTLE FOR THEIR POLITICAL LIVES …
Voters are casting their ballots in early-voting New Hampshire today … and as odd as it sounds, everyone is watching the race to see who finishes in second place.
That’s right …
According to the final aggregate Granite State polling from RealClearPolitics, GOP frontrunner Donald Trump has the backing of 31.2 percent of likely “First in the North” voters (even though the state’s political establishment is 100 percent against him).
No one else is polling within fifteen percentage points of him …
That leaves a four-way battle for second place that includes U.S. Senator Marco Rubio of Florida (14 percent), Ohio governor John Kasich (13.5 percent), U.S. Senator Ted Cruz of Texas (11.8 percent) and former Florida governor Jeb Bush (11.5 percent).
In fact for the past three weeks, all four of these candidates have been within seven percentage points of each other … which has made for some furious jousting (especially considering three of the four are battling each other in an effort to become the top choice of the “Republican” establishment).
Make no mistake: How these three status quo “Republicans” – Rubio, Kasich and Bush – fare in New Hampshire will go a long way toward shaping the rest of the GOP nominating fight.
A second place finish by any one of these candidates – particularly a silver medal which exceeded expectations numerically (i.e. above twenty percent) – would position them very well moving forward. Conversely a fifth-place finish – especially one in single digits – could spell the end of the road for the underperforming campaign.
Jeb Bush, in particular, desperately needs to put up a solid number in New Hampshire – even as his advisors vow that he will remain in the race no matter what happens in the Granite State.
So … who will get the second place New Hampshire “bump?” And who will fall into a fifth-place free fall?
We’ll find out soon …

Wishing is good time wasted,
Still it’s a habit they say;
Wishing for sweets I’ve tasted,
That’s all I do all day.
Maybe there’s nothing in wishing,
But speaking of wishing I’ll say:
Nothing could be finer than to be in your vagina in the morning,
Nothing could be sweeter than to have you suck my peter in the morning.
When the morning glories twine around the door,
While you whisper, “Please, baby, do me once more!”
Rubio has taken a few hits lately and may come in lagging in the votes. The only one that I hope gets eliminated is jeb, In the general election, he polls terribly against Hillary. Rubio has good polling numbers against Hillary in a general election. Kasich is just not catching on, even with his good record as governor of Ohio at this point. It would be prudent to keep an ace in the hole in case Trump self-destructs or his shtick becomes boring.
In the long run I like Rubio because he has consistently polled well against Clinton.
It is early in the process, and any thing can happen and probably will.
If you would have looked at this group a month ago, I imagine the predictions would have not been far off from where they are at today.
People think Obama doesn’t know what he’s doing, but he does!
Could I hear that one more time?
“ouch”
You have not had any Obama jokes on this blog. Are you afraid the other side will beat you up?
Hmm, haven’t thought about it but I could probably find something, even if I have to rearrange one. The only true thing I’ve noticed about that piss-ant is that he looks exactly like Curious George.
I dug out this from the White House Dossier (2012) and culled these out for you:

Koffler. White House Dossier has obtained a list, written in President Obama’s own hand, describing the real reasons he refuses to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu during Netanyahu’s trip this week the the United States.
While we cannot reveal how we obtained this list, we do want to express our appreciation to the General Services Administration’s nighttime West Wing cleaning crew for the work that they do.
We present here what we
believe to be a few of the most important of Obama’s reasons for not seeing the
Israeli leader. Netanyahu, Obama writes . .
— Never laughs at my joke about defending Israel with “Bibi guns.”
— Looks over at my pieces every time we play Stratego.
— Claims Judaism doesn’t accept me as the Messaih.
— Doesn’t agree that I’m “eye candy.”
— Thinks the fact that I haven’t kept any of my campaign promises calls into question whether I’ll actually bomb Iran like I said I would.
— Likes to ridicule my red lines.
— Doesn’t seem to understand why an oil-exporting country would need a nuclear fuel program.
Kasich is catching on as the only adult in the room. He might even overtake Rubio in NH, because voters can tolerate pretty much anything in a Presidential candidate except a big pussy, and Christie pretty much exposed him as such.
Kasich is a nice candidate. I wish he would catch on. He is coming close to replacing Rubio as my second choice list.
Looks like he caught on in NH.
This is the same Primary that Pat Buchanan won, and Trump will secure those same votes. Pitchfork Pat’s Rebellion against the establishment in 1996 and it flamed out, just like Trump’s will. Rinse, wash, repeat.
Hmmm….not so sure…Buchanan never polled like Trump nor did he perform in SC, and it appears Trump will.
And Buchanan was poor and full of religious nuttery.
Bernie Sanders: “In your heart you know he’s right.”
Or is it: “In your guts you know he’s nuts”
