I’ll be supporting anybody BUT Lee Bright. In addition to Mr. McCraw, I understand that a lady on the Duncan, SC town council is also running for Bright’s seat.
I’m glad to see that Mr.McCraw brought up Bright’s hairbrained scheme to hoard gold in a SC version of Ft. Knox (who’s gonna buy the gold??) but forgot to mention his proposal to support incandescent light bulb factories with tax-payer subsidies (i.e., tax credits). Bright’s wasted a lot of time currying to the right-wing zealots and they have him in their pocket.
Lee Bright and Tom Corbin are utter embarrassments and I’ll support anyone who runs against them.

Scott Talley is running against Bright also. Probably the most legitimate chance to oust Bright. He’s crazy, but it won’t be easy to beat him. McCraw hasn’t even been able to match his fundraising.
That’s right. I forgot about Talley (it was in the Spartanburg H/J last week) that’s where I read about the lady from Duncan too.
And you’re right about Bright, those Teabaggers have Bright in their pocket and they will definitely give maximum effort to keep him in
I think Talley may be too similar to Bright. Both have been in Columbia for 8 years, both are failed businessmen, both have anti voters and both have filed bankruptcy. Mayor Scott may be the most legitimate candidate. Time will tell
Lee Bright is a businessman as well. A very shitty businessman. I’m sure Mr. McCraw pays his taxes and creditors, so he’s head and shoulders above Bright. Unfortunately, McCraw and the lady from Duncan may split the anti-Bright vote.
As “okay” (below) correctly posted, Scott Talley is also running against Bright.
That makes 3 opponents against Bright…

The first thing McGraw did was to hire Scott Malyerck, the “republican” political consultant that ran Bakari Seller’s campaign.
Not good Mr. McGraw. You and your RINO consultants can go pound sand. Lee Bright is not my hero, but he is a damn sight better than Bakari Sellars and his ilk.

It’s like McCraw doesn’t know anything about Lee Bright except what he read one morning on the crapper in a news article. Doesn’t he know all the things he has done for SC and that his family is filled with Military WAR Veterans. Lee bright was going to join the military but because he had CANCER in High School he couldn’t. His voting record is pretty hard to beat or argue with…. Good luck trying to unseat that young man if you don’t know what you are talking about.
I mean you do know that if a bill supports military but they slide in something trying to sneak past everyone then you can’t vote for it… Doing that Mr. McCraw is how we got in all this mess with Obama. They slide things in under the republicans noses and some voted for it just so they wouldn’t look bad to their supporters. That’s not what we need which is what u sound like you are. No thanks Mr McCraw.
