… AND YET THE TIME TO DECIDE IS DRAWING NIGH!
We gotta admit. We’re flummoxed …
At this point during the 2012 presidential election cycle, we’d already made our “First in the South” endorsement (supporting the candidacy of then-U.S. Rep. Ron Paul). That was an easy choice, as none of the other “Republican” candidates came anywhere close to aligning with our pro-freedom, pro-free market views.
Hell, when liberal “Republican” Mitt Romney won the GOP nomination, we endorsed Libertarian nominee Gary Johnson in the general election.
This year things are a bit different …
To be honest: We fully expected to be lending our imprimatur to Paul’s son – U.S. Senator Rand Paul – but that obviously isn’t happening. And it’s clear no true supporter of freedom and free markets could ever embrace a candidate like Jeb Bush, Ben Carson, Chris Christie, Lindsey Graham, Mike Huckabee, John Kasich, Marco Rubio or Rick Santorum.
That leaves us deciding between billionaire real estate mogul Donald Trump, U.S. Senator Ted Cruz of Texas or former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina.
Do we like those options? Yes and no …
While there’s no clear-cut favorite for us in the current GOP field, we’re far more pleased with these options than the ones we were presented with four years ago … although that’s not exactly saying a lot when you stop and think about it.
Obviously we’re gratified to see Trump upending the “Republican” primary process, we just haven’t decided yet whether that in and of itself is cause for endorsing his bid.
We shall see …
Oh well, while we ponder our endorsement (and yes … endorsements are like a certain other thing that everyone has) we were wondering: Where are you on the presidential race? Have you made your choice yet?
Vote in our poll (below) and let us know …

The kiss of death aka the Sic Willie endorsement.
Willie isn’t a “Republican” though, even if he can’t figure out which “Republican” he wants to vote for.
Any of those three are still the better option compared most anything the Ds are putting up. Take away the gun control and global warming nuttery and O’Malley doesn’t seem that bad. I would go out on foot in a blinding snow storm 5 miles uphill both ways to vote for Tinkerbell Graham if Hillary is the other choice.
Good choice… I could go for any of those three over Hillary. You could throw in Rubio in fourth place. Truthfully, any of them over Hillary, including Tinkerbell.
Wow!
A Right Wing kook supporting other Right wing kooks!
Will wonders never cease?
O’Malley? WTF dumbass!!! LMAO!!! You just moved ahead of ‘vicupstate’ for FitsNews Prognosticating Clown of the Year!
Unfortunately, in the state O’Malley governed for eight years, he gave deserving Marylanders anything but a state government that worked. Today, Marylanders endure the real O’Malley legacy: higher taxes, pink slips, process servers, tax liens, and foreclosures.

Pogo, please stop taking taxpayer dollars through welfare. With all the time spent here you could spend it instead on something productive.

I am the BOSS! :)
Lulz… You couldn’t boss your way out of a wet paper bag. Let me know when you wake up from your dream. First of the month is still a whiles away huh? Poor you…
Pogo/Grand T or whatever you are calling yourself these days, you might want to look up the definition of prognosticating. You obviously don’t know what it means.
Actually you could, for a change, back a winner. Clinton has this election locked up.
Clinton/Sanders 2016 !!!!
Saying Hillary Clinton is a winner is like saying Stalin was a winner. And winning would have to be defined as having killed your major impediments.
It’s going to be one or the other. No doubt about that!
You’re a ‘Republican’,but not that into politics. You want a cut of the Trump mess:

She said she was held up down at the Section 8 Office and…she had jury duty !!!
Lame as ever, pogo.
How many of these disqus accounts do you have?
everybody got more dejected as she kept getting handed her head and knew it was not a win-win
But her regret was that she couldn’t draw Section 8 and unemployment and vote for Obama again !!!
That isn’t Pogo, that’s one of GrandTango’s old accounts.
Trump on the SC Confederate Flag – “I think they should put it in the museum and let it go,” Trump said of the flag during an appearance at his new golf course in the Washington, D.C. suburbs. “Respect whatever it is you have to respect, because it was a point in time, and put it in a museum. But I would take it down. Yes.”
Facts:
Democrats buy the Black & poor Vote
Republicans buy the Rich vote
Working class Americans screwed!
New add to the short list for Trump’s running mate…

THAT boy knows what the free market’s ALL about!!! And he digs Wu-Tang, so he can bring home the hip-hop vote! Total package!
I am a triceratops.
On the contrary, the wide range of shitty Republicans has left me pretty decided on voting for someone who isn’t Republican.
Just like the rest of the media, you need Trump for the ratings.
