Alex got his money which meant Bill Nettles’ children got their trust funds and Bill has no incentive to bring Jean down. Are we all just one happy family in the SC Democratic Party
Why nothing on CSOL going non-profit, with a new owner, and school President? What’s the real deal on this turn of events? Any impacts on future efforts to merge with College of Charleston? Are students and alum better served as non-profit, as opposed to Infilaw?

Doesn’t FITS say he has a J-School degree from USC. If true, for him to be attacking ANYONE’s score, or ANY school’s integrity, is laughable.
I would imagine the USC J-School faculty cringes anytime someone mentions FITS to them, and asks if they taught him. Not unless they are as clueless, and as ill-qualified as FITS. But hey, it’s the public college campus, and we know what it represents…..so who knows…

Very interesting info, Tom, — but I would be interested in knowing where the ones who do pass the exam actually are employed: (law offices) – (their family law offices) – (private companies) – (government, of any kind) – (solo practice) – (to teach law ….shudder!)
In a way, that makes some sense. The candidate could take the ten grand and study his/her ass off for the next exam. It could be a win-win situation.
