TAX HIKER, RADICAL ENVIRONMENTALIST BACK OHIO GOVERNOR
Talk about fortuitous timing …
On the same day this website highlighted the huge taxpayer costs associated with Ohio governor John Kasich‘s expansion of Medicaid – two of the most liberal “Republican” lawmakers in South Carolina endorsed his presidential candidacy.
Ray Cleary – who represents S.C. Senate District 34 (Charleston, Georgetown and Horry counties) – said Kasich’s “resume and experience are precisely tailored to fixing our nation’s most pressing problems.”
Cleary, who is not seeking reelection in 2016, has been the chief proponent of a gas tax hike in the S.C. Senate.
Kasich was also endorsed by liberal S.C. Rep. Gary Clary – who is tight with the state’s ethically challenged environmental movement.

That socialist tax lover flip supports Kasich too. Disgusting.
I voted for John for governor as the Democrat Party in Ohio really doesn’t exist anymore except in 3 counties (Hamilton,Franklin and Cuyahoga (where Obama got about 150% of the vote).
John is a good man and staunchly pro-life.However as FitsNews layed out yesterday (and I have been doing for the illiterate Rocky Verdad for months)Kasich’s decision to expand Medicaid under Obamacare was a fiscal disaster for the state and unfair for those enrolled as they really don’t have insurance..
NOT supporting John for President. He is not strong enough on immigration. My candidate has to be NO Amnesty or path to citizenship EVER.
“I voted for John for governor as the Democrat Party in Ohio really doesn’t exist anymore except in 3 counties” – so you’re saying, you would prefer to vote for the Democrats if they provided a better candidate?
So if the Eiii-stablishment is successful in pushing Trump out, and Bush wins, you’re not going to vote? Cool beans.
I would vote for Putin before I would for a Democrat.I have NEVER voted for a Democrat in my entire life.Boehner is the closest.
Guess the Democratic Party isn’t socialist enough for you if you would prefer Putin.
Stop using my words against me!Stop hacking my screen name!I will report your illegeal deadbeat mother to DSS and get her deported.
1. I’m not hacking your screen name.
2. You can’t deport legal green card holders without cause.
3. Take a chill pill – hear the weather is nice down there today.
I’m pro-abortion, pro-gay rights, and a member of the NAACP. Staunch Democrat. Go Sanders! Oh and that Republican troll needs to stop using my name! LMAO!!!
I did not do that. Period.
Not me (DSS etc…).I would buy you lunch and don’t get into anybody’s business.
And I guess the Repubs aren’t John Birch and McCarthy enough for you so you try your best to move them to the more radical extremist fringes
We know–you and most of the rest of this State. That’s why you’re still operating like it’s 1950
So are you living in Ohio?
Flip’s from Ohio. He has his own consulting gig, and travels around to Myrtle Beach and the east coast of Florida. Last we heard from him he’s in Florida enjoying cheap gas, good Mexican food and the company of many illegals. Lucky bastard.
“He has his own consulting gig”
I wish I had a nickel for every unemployed person that told me they were a “consultant”. Has he ever said what he consults in?
Yes, but I shall let him answer. Hey, don’t knock people who do consulting. I do it on the side. Buys my beer and new guitars.
I’m not knocking consultants, I’m knocking people who are make no income but claim they are consultants.
:)
Point taken.
I am in Florida.
So were you living in Ohio at the time of Kasich’s election?
Let’s not pick on Flip, aside from constantly insulting my family, he’s not too bad. It’s not like he’s that fecel throwing LMAO Tango guy. Unless……they’re the same guy.
“aside from constantly insulting my family, he’s not too bad.”
lol
I live in Ohio and wish he could run for governor again when his term expires. He is fiscally conservative and that comment in the first paragraph of the article about “huge taxpayer costs” is absurd. In fact, the average taxpayer cost has gone DOWN during Kasich’s 5 years in office. I can’t speak to those guys in South Carolina are, but I do know that our governor has done a fantastic job of turning our economy around regardless of whether anybody else likes them or not. Ohio was ranked 40th nationally when he took office according to the Bloomberg index and now we are ranked 11th. That’s why the most recent pull that just came out from Quinnipiac earlier this month showed him with an approval rating in Ohio 62%, the highest of any sitting governor in the nation. He may be a little quirky, but people need to wake up and realize that this guy can do an overall better job with the economy than anybody else who’s running to be POTUS. Pay close attention to the CNBC debate next week because it’ll be about the economy and he will shine because he knows what he is doing when it comes to fiscal responsibility and has already dealed specifics about what he would do to get a balanced budget back in the United States again .
Hey, I’d vote for him, and I’m a democrat. Alas, the kook-a-noodles won’t let him win the nomination.
Unfortunately you are probably right Rocky. But I’ll keep pulling for him, because after my MSU Spartans won that UM game, I found anything is possible haha!
“Despite higher-than-expected enrollment of Ohioans newly eligible for Medicaid, overall costs of the tax-funded health-insurance program in the most-recent fiscal year were nearly $2 billion below original estimates.”
