I understand not getting into anybody’s personal life-HOWEVER this radical gay marriage and LGBT gang seek to destroy ANY private business and eliminate religious liberties for ALL that disagree with them.
I would consider voting for a gay person if they were fiscally/socially conservative on issues important to me but NEVER while they threaten and blackmail those that don’t believe in their perversion.
But it’s ok when the churchies try and dictate how the gays live and what privs/rights they can enjoy vs what us straights can, eh?

The churchies who seemingly believed that the world would end if gays got married so they could enjoy privs like being “next of kin” if their partner were sick or dying, got to take dependant sick leave to care for an ailing partner, or maybe Social Security bennies for their partner if they died. These are all things we get to have but they were frequently denied because they couldn’t have “married” status with their partners.
1. “Next of Kin” documents are easily obtained for single people.
2. Social Security was intended for old widows who otherwise would have starved to death. Nowadays, women can make a living for themselves and save for retirement without having to depend on husbands. As much as you want to think it is a retirement savings plan, that was not the original purpose.
True on the original purpose of Social Security but it has become something more. I know a good number of women who were able draw SS of of their deceased husband’s account, meaning more income, because their husband would have made more in SS benefits due to having made more money during his working years.
Heck, I know one woman eho fid this and she had been divorced from her husband for ten years when he died. It was all legal and above board.
The problem is with the system the churchies advocated not being equitable for everyone.
As long as you are married at 10 or longer then as far as the SSA is concerned you were married your entire life and you can draw at will. I know one person that got divorced and was at 9 years 11 months and some number of days that made sure their attorney drug the process out long enough to make it hit 10. It works both ways so the other spouse is just as likely to be able to use it since both work decent jobs that pay reasonably well so it’ll just be who makes the most at the end that determines which set of benefits are best.
They tell me however if I disagree with their perversion and won’t rent em an apartment because I don’t won’t the shit around my grand kids-they will sue me.

Actually, compared to the rest of the state (other than Columbia proper) it is.
Charleston County voted for Linda Ketner (a lesbian) for Congress and also for an outed gay Solicitor. It was votes in other counties that cost those two their respective elections.

Linda Ketner’s family started Food Lion and has TONS of money and connections. Most likely she is the main fundraiser for Ginny Deerin. I can’t imagine Deerin getting that kind of dough on her own.
