If you have been around Owens much, you would have no doubt. remember he hired Frazier in a do nothing job. He asked me to vote for Frazier for County Council and House of Representatives. Owens and Tim James another Frazier lap dog were butt buddies, as well as the infamous Peelers and Halfacres. This entire bunch is much too closely allied and parishioners of Mett’s preaching. The County, towns of West Columbia and Lexington would do well to rid themselves of all of this den of rats. They are all disgusting, despicable people.
Agreed. This is happening as the mafia spins out of control. The old guard is gone and there is a lot of infighting among the remnants. Danny always played both sides of the fence. Frazier was backing Tyndal for Sheriff and hooked him up with the owner of a convenience store chain that has strong ties to the Lex mafia and has been long time cohorts of the Peelers and others.
James seems to have bailed out and moved to Florida to got out of the kitchen to avoid the heat.

The Criminal ,crime, illegal gambling “Ring”, or “Lexington Mafia” as they were called, much to their glee, hopefully has seen it’s day. James fled the State. Metts is in Jail, criminally convicted. LaForce and his party down bus gone. Halfacre was handed a political defeat. Frazier defeated and scorned as the slime he is. The Peelers disgraced, confirmed adulterers, cheats and liars, Knotts defeated for reelection. Amodio under lock and key for lying under oath. Cromer fingered, outed in Frazier’s rantings on tape. Owens will be the next to fall.
Pissant Myers is still on my “Shitty List” for publicly calling me liar in my testimony in an important case for him. He and his investigators did some disgracefully sloppy work on a case. As an independent , unbiased witness I explained to the jury what really occurred regarding one part of the defendant’s activities. The jury believed me, and Myers was royally pissed. Since then I never trusted him again, or voted for him, or donated money to him. It makes me wonder to this day how many folks may have been wrongfully convicted from that sort of “investigation”. Here’s the one-finger salute to you, Donny Boy …… again..!!
PS: The defendant was also charged in a second trial that included the activities that were the subject of my testimony. After Myers had called me a liar in public, I was ready for some ‘action’ on the stand! I grinned at him all the first day, but that night the defense attorney told me I wouldn’t be needed — Myers was going to avoid having to get me on the stand again. The defendant was also acquitted in that trial — and that was the correct verdict for justice….

Well if you’re telling stories to attorneys. This is a true one. So my first wife, after we divorced, apparently had expected me to understand the errors of my ways and return. When I ended up dating Latinas – she went nuts. One girl I dated, she got wind of and used the internet and records searches and got her name and phone number and went to her place of employment and distributed flyers advertising this poor girls information and availability for a good time. To stop this I had an attorney seal the girls divorce records. So my attorney is in court, and the judge asks why, and he gives the Judge the flyer. Judge requests it be read outloud for the court reporter, which he does. Attorney behind him waitingon his turn leans forward, and says “Bob? Can you repeat the phone number again?”

Then there was the nymphomaniac who got herself arrested so she could be tried by the jury. Her lawyer was doing his best with the jury, as he was telling the twelve men who sat in judgment about her amorous personality, and explained in detail how often and in which ways she performed her sexual exploits, “Shall we find this lovely, long-legged, busty blonde guilty and keep her from returning to her expensive condo, telephone number 555-3267?”
The jury came in with a verdict. She was to have an ‘A’ tattooed on her in a discreet spot.
The judge was curious, “Why an ‘A’?

Wonder how many of these folk were in attendance at the sex parties, where cocaine was sworn to be used? The affidavit was sworn testimony by a former “Ring” member.

What amazes me is how people like Metts, Halfacre, James, Tyndall were all so easily co-opted and eager to go along with this criminal enterprise and it’s activities. The Peelers, Owens, Lucas, Day, were they in it and associated with it for the salacious, immoral sins of the flesh, or what was their monetary reward also? If the drugs and sex parties did flow like wine, as alleged, maybe all have altered states of conscience and morals, Just like the Hippies or La Cosa Nostra, and Gangsters of the 30s.

I will guarantee he gets great contributions from Frazier (how long did Frazier get free money from the town, per Joe, in the do nothing job?) he will get money from his buddy James who he supported for Lex. Co. Chief Deputy and County manager, his sycophants the Peelers ( who he protected in their adultery and carrying out affair while on the County job) Halfacre who he helped get elected mayor of Lexington.
Joe has the voters on “lock down”, just like Frazier had Metts, Tyndal, Amodio, SLED and the Highway patrol.

Yes, and anyone who wants to record (in any manner) should definitely check the law on this in the state they intend to do the recording. But I think that relates to allowing a third party to hear the recording.
