maybe the bombing was inherently political, so ‘politicizing’ it would be beside the point. its not like it was kept secret or covered up. they made a mistake and owned up to it within days. what more do you want? as for ‘politicizing’ guns, what the hell has ever been non-political about this issue? thanks for adding the ol’ bastards cynical insight to the debate.
Embassies can’t be bombed if they aren’t there, pull out of the unfriendly countries and just leave them the hell alone. Let them sort out their own mess.
Raytheon says “no can do”.
This is rich in so many ways…LMAO.
It’s so great this guy never got anywhere near the Presidency.
Glad his son is following in his footsteps.
It was our Afghan “allies” whom made the request, I have yet to see any condemnation against them.
Most of the comments here prove to me why this country is way beyond repair. Dr. Paul’s cogent assertions are the pearls… the idiots who ignore truth about our corporatist war mongering and domestic power grab are the swine…. swine too stupid to see they are being led to slaughter.

Some people are truly afraid and justify the drain of money & lives accordingly, they are easily manipulated by those that are in it for the money/power, but there really are a lot of people that believe drone striking wedding parties & AC130ing doctors tents is the equivalent of breaking a few eggs to make an omelette.
Yes, the omelette never gets made, and if you point out that it’s costing a lot of lives/money and hasn’t really made us safer you get varying degrees of pushback depending on who you are talking to…but the bottom line is that emotions are driving their thought processes, not rationality.
For some it’s altruism, for some it’s fear….but regardless they are easily manipulated by those in leadership positions of government.
The whole thing is very sad.
I bet George Orwell would have amazed himself if he could see how accurate his predictions were -especially as it pertains to DoubleThink.
Let’s thank George W Bush again for Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, and the whole wildfire in the Middle East. The Saudies gave us 9/11. George, being the Saudi King’s handholding Catamite, couldn’t very well go after the actual guilty party. So much unnecessary death and destruction. Thanks again GOP
The Dems voted for this shit too don’t forget. Hell, Hilliary is a bigger Neocon than Obama and Trump…she’s right up there with McCain/Lindsey.
