The reports I’ve seen say all 13 were in vehicles or trying to escape their vehicle after driving into water. If you’ve seen reports that say otherwise, I’d like to see them. Four of the dead were killed in traffic accidents related to the storm.

The number is now 15. Still all reports say vehicles were involved except for the one DOT worker.
i live up the hill off of rosewood, from what i saw, i don’t think that will be the final count, there could very well be more people in that swamp surrounding gills creek below rosewood, i saw one get blasted into the woods there myself
