That was the OVERRATED BOWL…all that “win” proved for Clemson is that Notre Dame is more overrated than Clemson.

Either of those teams would get the shit beaten out of them by the REAL college football powers. (See ND vs Bama in the NC game)….

But FITSNews, as usual, picks up the ignorant media line, classifying that contest of lightweights as a meaningful game on the national scale. Like a small-time stupid and country rube.

And you’ll be the first to shit all over yourself with disbelief when Clemson fakes its way into a game with a TRUE power, and gets the Fuck beaten out of them…

The Mizzou butthurt is strong in that one.

“Tigers beat Gamecocks in Columbia.”

Get used to it.
You’ll hear it a couple more times this year…

You are correct.ND is HIGHLY over ranked and have been since the bowl game they got blown out in a couple of years ago.

Golson left and Zaire got hurt. They were only a Top 20 team BEFORE that.Dabo is a clown. He acts like he is 6 years-old.It is all fun and games when you are beating inferior opponents.Clemson loses a couple of games those kids will turn on him in a minute.

Clemsoning!
41 – 0 When leading in the fourth quarter.
Since 2011 a 31 game winning streak against unranked opponents, second longest in the country.
That’s Clemsoning.

Ohio State? 2 years ago? Please. That Ohio State team was all freshman and a Top 20 team at best. The qb on that team plays WR now.

Clemson is not in the same zip code as THE Ohio State University in today’s world of college football.

Clemson is a Top 20 team with NO chance of a playoff. ND is highly over ranked.

Bible Thumper October 4, 2015 at 10:18 am

Ohio St. was ranked 7th in the country and 12 – 1.
Those are facts, not your opinions.

deal? October 4, 2015 at 10:23 am

They were highly over ranked. Here is a fact.Clemson won’t EVER smell a play off game in our lifetime.

Notre Dame was ranked #1 in 2013 and got beat 42-14 by Alabama.

Let’s make a deal. You keep defending ‘traitor’ Haley and I will post facts about college football.

Bible Thumper October 4, 2015 at 3:19 pm

What’s the deal, Deal? Clemson is sixth in both polls. Two of the top five have to lose, because they play each other. Put aside trash talk. Clemson’s chances are good.

a face in the crowd October 4, 2015 at 3:36 pm

Depends on what happens with one-loss teams. I see Clemson having more success against several teams ranked ahead of it than behind it. Ohio State and Michigan State are both overrated while Alabama and Texas A & M are both underrated. I don’t see Clemson defeating Alabama, especially with Alabama having something to prove.

mamatiger92 October 4, 2015 at 10:39 am

You’re right. We’re not in the same zip code. We wouldn’t struggle to beat Indiana.

I hope Clemson enjoys the Potato Bowl…or Salad Bowl…or Pork Chop Bowl in late December.

Squishy123 October 4, 2015 at 10:47 am

Either way, I hope USCe players and coaches stay safe watching the games on television.

Indiana beat Missouri AT Missouri last year.

mamatiger92 October 4, 2015 at 1:00 pm

Clearly they are world beaters.

Elfego October 4, 2015 at 1:49 pm

I watched the Mighty Buckeyes pummel the high touted team from Indians. What a bashing! Maybe they can bash Tuccumcary.

Fixed it for ya.

So is crapping the bed against Georgia, Florida State and Georgia Tech in games that mattered, and then calling the season a success based on a win in an irrelevant bowl game. When Clemson puts together a full season, then ‘Clemsoning’ may be put to rest.

ESPN cuts off Dobo thanking the Lord and recently deceased Dad. Ten seconds of dead air looking at their tablets. Hilarious and sad. Hopefully it was just a mistake.

It was a shame that game was even on ABC at 8:00. That was a ESPN 2 caliber game.

The Lord? Dabo?He is apparently just uses his ‘faith’ like Haley?Didn’t he ‘stab’ Bowden in the back to get the job at Clemson?

“Swinney said in a statement that he has no association with the Palmetto Family Council and, after receiving considerable backlash, said he will not attend. He said he believed his attendance at the event was solely to honor his All In Foundation, whose mission “is to raise awareness and health issues in order to change lives of people across the state of South Carolina.”

“I appreciate the recognition of my and the foundation’s efforts,” Swinney said. “However, after much thought, in order to avoid a distraction for the team and the entire football program, I’ve decided it is in the best interests of all involved that I not attend the event on June 2.”

Oh.

According to a Public Policy Polling survey, 60 percent of South Carolina voters are against Haley pursuing the second-in-command job if asked by the eventual Republican presidential nominee.

Only 22 percent of voters said they would like to see her as the Republican Vice Presidential candidate.

Explain exactly how Swinney “stabbed Bowden in the back”. You see how much Bowden has been in demand as a coach since leaving Clemson.

Bowden never has to coach again thanks to his successful hustle of Barker and Phillips.
