We donate weekly to the poor, including food to the food bank, food to the homeless kitchen, and food and money to our local Catholic church. So in other words, if you are in the USA illegally or not and you are not a citizen of the United States, and you give birth to child while in the USA as a citizen from another country, your child is not automatically a US Citizen in anyway shape or form.
These words from the legislation with respect to the 14th Amendment on citizenship can be found in the Library of Congress.
Trump is absolutely correct. There is no legal right for children born in the USA to an illegal or illegals to be in the USA … They are NOT automatic US Citizens …. There is no grounds …. The spirit and meaning of the 14th Amendment is clear by those who wrote the wording into the US Constitution. The anchor baby idea is totally frivolous bullshit.
So what you are saying is Marco Rubio and Bobby Jindal are not a citizen of the US? Neither of their parents were US citizens when they were born. In fact Jindal’s parents were not even permanent legal residents when he was born. That makes him by definition an anchor baby. Neither has applied for citizenship? Are they eligible to be President?
What about Nikki? Her parents were not citizens when she was born, right. That means she is not a Citizen. She is an illegal alien. Can we deport her? Is Nikki an anchor baby?
