DEMOCRATIC FRONTRUNNER IN SERIOUS TROUBLE
|| By FITSNEWS || It’s always “the lie” that gets you, isn’t it? And in the case of presumed 2016 Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton (wait, can we still call her that?), “the lie” is shaping up as her possible undoing.
Clinton is enduring another major flare-up of her email scandal – which first broke back in March.
And this time, the scandal is drawing blood …
To recap: During her tenure as U.S. Secretary of State from 2009-13, Clinton was required by law to keep a record of the business she conducted (you know, business like this. And, um, this). Did she? No. Clinton maintained an “off the books” email server – the contents of which she later deleted.
An estimated 31,000 work-related Clinton emails have been identified and preserved by the U.S. State Department, while another 30,000 emails deemed by Clinton to be “private and personal” were deleted from her secret server.
Can they be recovered? And if so, what would they reveal?
Clinton’s private server has been turned over to the U.S. Department of Justice (USDOJ), even though Clinton told reporters back in March that it would “remain private.”
Clinton’s real problem? Her repeated assertions that she never conducted classified, top secret government business on her non-secure “homebrew” network.
“I am confident that I never sent or received any information that was classified at the time it was sent and received,” Clinton told reporters during a campaign swing through Iowa two weeks ago.
Previously, Clinton was even more adamant.
“I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email,” she said in March. “There is no classified material. So, I’m certainly well aware of the classification requirements and did not send classified material.”
About that …
According to McClatchy, investigators notified Congress this week that “two of four classified emails discovered on the server Clinton maintained at her New York home contained material deemed to be in one of the highest security classifications – more sensitive than previously known.”
Oh, and that was after a review of only forty of the estimated 30,000 work-related Clinton emails on her secret server.
Not only that, the news service reported a “burgeoning federal inquiry” had expanded to include former Clinton staffers.
“We will follow the facts wherever they lead, to include former aides and associates, as appropriate,” one official told McClatchy.
One employee reportedly under the microscope? Huma Abedin, Clinton’s most famous, most trusted confidante – and the wife of disgraced New York politician Anthony Weiner.
Abedin – the vice-chair of Clinton’s 2016 campaign – was granted “special government employee” status while working at the U.S. State Department, enabling her to moonlight in the private sector. She had her own email address on Clinton’s secret server – meaning she could have continued to receive access to classified information even after leaving the State Department to work as a contractor.
Look: We support efforts to nail Clinton to the wall regarding the alleged mishandling of classified information – to say nothing of her deliberate effort to circumvent transparency (i.e. the secret email server, the mass deletion of email and the lies she’s told to cover all of it up).
But as we’ve said repeatedly, the real scandals here are the corporate cronyism and pay-to-play warmongering Clinton engaged in during her tenure as Secretary of State. In other words as Clinton is held accountable for her lawlessness in conducting public business … we should also hold her accountable for the business she was conducting.
Let’s not lose sight of that …

I’ve been working in digital media for nearly 20 years and have seen video drives crash and be sent off for data recovery with varying degrees of success. Data recovery methods are pretty advanced at this stage in the game and would hazard a guess that, in a situation like this, no expense will be spared. They might not be able to recover each and every email that Hillary and her minions deleted, but chances are they will recover something. Let’s just hope it’s enough to sink this old sack of shit.

Anyone at the DOJ and the FBI would be foolish to obey directives to cover this one up; unless they want to go to prison under a new administration (which again, will not be Hillary or Sanders or even Bush. Two other items that have failed to receive attention over the years:
1) – Vince Foster falsified the law firm’s application to the FDIC, which they were awarded in the amount of about $348,000, and
2) – the selling, and repossessions and re-selling, of the Whitewater properties to Arkansas state employees, some of whom were put into bankruptcy and/or suicide.
PS: My belief is that after Foster went to the WH and saw how out-of-control the BITCH went to harm innocent people he wanted no part of her stinky-shit ways. It’s too bad that he never made it back to his home.

Ditto Commerce Secretary Ron Brown. When I heard that he “died in that plane crash”, the first thing I said was that he was one more victim on the list known as the “Clinton Body Count”. Google the term if you (readers) are unfamiliar with it. Last time I looked, a few years ago, there were between 70-something and 90-something names and stories on the list. Some lists were longer. Trying to be as fair and neutral as possible, it seemed that maybe 10-12 entries might have been “a stretch” or “normal, everyday” kind of deaths of associates that might befall anyone. These were on the longer (at that time) versions of that list. The majority were quite suspicious.
I regret not saving all of the articles about the Clintons from pre-Whitewater onwards, now that I think they would be more relevant (newspapers/magazines/ etc). All of what I have posted today is from memory of those articles. I’ve only omitted the McDougal stuff.

The classified papers from the State Department is one thing, but what if there is communications between her and other countries and companies trying to leverage favors from the US, through the State Department, in exchange for contributions to the “Clinton Foundation.”
I think it is possible, these Clinton’s think they are above the law and possess absolutely no moral character. They have gotten away with so much, for so long, for great personal gain, that I am convinced they would do anything for more power and more money.

I’ve in IT for over 30 years and if they were sent via the net they are NOT deleted. Anything you put there is still there. It might take a little effort to find them but they are they. Also if anything was put on the server and deleted, it’s not hard to bring it back. IF they used a purge program that makes it tougher but it’s the old case of if you want back badly enough you can fine. I have programs at work that will find any file and I mean any file that was ever on a server. I can bring pack partitions that deleted and then bring back the files that were on that partition and I don’t have the resources of the FBI behind me.

Hilliary is probably smarter than husband Bill and at this point in her career, she is probably more qualified for the office of the Presidency than was Husband Bill at the time that he won.
