If that is one of the Koch brothers in the picture up top, this is no “grass roots” organization.

Repubs DGAF about the environment until someone wants to put a strip mall on some deer hunting land. Makes sense that most of their money goes to Dems.
If they actually did something to help protect the environment, I could get behind them…they are entirely political and I have no use for politician/lobbyist games.

If you tell Republicans the government did it, they’ll start a crusade to save the environment.

If you tell them some random oil company did it, they’ll dismiss it and ask for more drilling.

Most of those in the environmental movement seek not to clean up our natural assets, but to influence our political structure for reasons other than helping Mother nature.

“Perhaps it’s time for Timberlake to go?”
And she must not forget to take her ” increasingly hypocritical, self-serving advocacy..” with her.
My environment would be well-served with her riddance.

“If it does not get her name in the paper or provide her with a good fundraising opportunity, she is not interested in the issue; it has nothing to do with the merits,” one waste industry executive quipped.

Change that to internal exposure and promotion opportunity and it describes some “big shot” middle management types at DHEC’s environmental division. “Who cares about public health and environment? What about Me?!”
