Just looked it up and he has had a long history of prostate cancer, but I was pretty sure I’d read an article claiming that in recent years he was also hush hush dealing with colon cancer. Regardless the SOB has been a cancer on humanity that just needs to go away.
One thing I have to respect about Farrakhan, you usually know exactly where you stand with him. He says what’s on his mind, what others may be thinking, and doesn’t pussyfoot around about it.
If you ever have the opportunity and wind up at a busy intersection where the well-dressed young men with bow-ties are selling newspapers put out by Farrakhan’s organization, buy one. They make for an interesting read, even if you happen to disagree with everything in it. Not only that, it’s worth the dollar or two (may have gone up since the last one I bought a few years ago) you spend just to see the momentary confused look on the guy’s face when some dumbass cracker wants to buy his paper.

One night, probably 15-20 years ago, maybe more, I had stopped at a convenience store to grab a cola and some munchies for the long night shift. I parked in the edge of the store’s lot and was stuffing my face when a big, shiney, limo -type car pulled up to the gas pump. Almost immediately, four well-dressed young men wearing bow ties got out with each taking a position on a corner of the car, facing out, lime sentries on guard duty standing at attention. The driver began gassing the car up. The windows of the car were heavily tinted so I couldn’t tell how many (if any) persons remained in the vehicle. If I had someone to bet with, I would have bet a century note that Farrakhan or one of his generals was still inside of the vehicle. Once the car was gassed up, the four young men returned to their places in the car with the same military precision I had witnessed on their exit.
I recall thinking how funny it would have been if one of the many winos who frequented that lot, often annoying customers at the pumps and in the store, had been dumb enough to have approached that car. I imagine he would have had his ass handed to him in short order. As it was, I guess even yhe winos hatter sense
