MOGUL DRAWS MORE SUPPORT THAN NEXT THREE CONTENDERS … COMBINED
|| By FITSNEWS || Say-anything 2016 GOP presidential frontrunner Donald Trump has opened up a commanding 3-to-1 lead over his closest rival in early voting South Carolina. In fact he’s outpolling his nearest three competitors in the Palmetto State … combined.
Just … wow.
According to a poll from Florida-based Gravis Marketing (.pdf here), Trump is supported by 34 percent of “First in the South” GOP primary voters. That’s more than the combined support of the next three candidates in the poll – retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson (10.9 percent), former Florida governor Jeb Bush (10.5 percent) and Wisconsin governor Scott Walker (10.3 percent).
“He’s kicking serious ass,” one Palmetto politico told FITS.
Kicking ass … and taking names.
Previous Palmetto polls had Bush and Walker enjoying frontrunner status … but that was before Trump’s surge, which is capitalizing on widespread voter disaffection with the status quo.
U.S. Senator Marco Rubio of Florida is in fifth place according to the Gravis survey with 6 percent, followed by social conservative favorite Mike Huckabee, with 5.5 percent. Home state U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham is in seventh place – supported by only 4.9 percent of South Carolina voters.

Behind him is U.S. Senator Ted Cruz of Texas (3.4 percent), Ohio governor John Kasich (3.3 percent), New Jersey governor Chris Christie (2.5 percent), former Texas governor Rick Perry (2.5 percent) and former Hewlett Packard CEO Carly Fiorina (2.4 percent).

The one-time frontrunner – whose national campaign has been in disarray of late – received the support of only 1 percent of those surveyed.

Gravis polled 609 GOP primary participants between July 29-30, 2015 on behalf of the One America News Network. Its survey has a margin of error of plus or minus four percentage points. A separate survey of 209 Democratic primary voters found Hillary Clinton enjoying the support of 77.5 percent of those polled. That’s more than a 10-to-1 lead over her nearest rival, Socialist independent U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders, who is supported by 7.6 percent of Palmetto State Democrats.

In certain respects, Trump is the antithesis to the two former Republican nominees, McCain and Romney.
You are right in respect to Reagan, Trump is outspoken with a different style than Reagan, but infinity more powerful than the last two nominees. But, I still think more Republicans are contrasting Trump to the last two nominees, and they are liking what they see. For example, I think many Repubs are seeing Jeb Bush as a “democrat lite” candidate and that has no deep appeal. People can get emotional about Trump because you can sense he is speaking from the heart, even if you don’t agree with him.

A new Monmouth poll finds Donald Trump has widened his national lead to 26% and now holds a more than 2-to-1 advantage over his nearest Republican rivals, Jeb Bush at 12% and Scott Walker at 11%.
Poll out today also said 33% would NOT vote for Trump. 24% would NOT vote for Bush.
It is Walker or Rubio.
Walker is dumb as dirt. Already punked twice now, once by a radio show host pretending to be Charles Koch, and once by a guy who got him to hold up a picture of a billion dollar check from the Koch Brothers.
