Damn.I guess it is better to lose a chief of staff than ELECTIONS. Sanford doesn’t lose those.

Holy crap! I agree with Will! I hate to wish ill fortune on anyone but Scott English is just such an incredible asshole that it is hard not to enjoy his career implosion. I guess that 20+ years of suckling at the government teet hasn’t prepared him for much in the private sector.

But, maybe, it’s not an implosion.
Maybe, he has belatedly realized that politics makes him an asshole, he’s tired of it and realized he can be a happier person if he does something else.

People who surround Sanford develop a warped sense of reality. Can’t fault the guy for hanging around so long despite the abuses that Sanford dishes out.
