|| By FITSNEWS || Former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina – the lone woman seeking the “Republican” presidential nomination – will travel to the Ronald Reagan presidential library in Simi Valley, California next week.
Her reason for making the trip? A major foreign policy address.
“It will be a sweeping overview of Fiorina foreign policy,” one of the candidate’s aides tells FITS. “She’ll discuss her experience in the world and expand on where she stands on these issues, while placing an emphasis on China and their role in U.S. foreign policy.”
Interesting …
Fiorina – considered a leading candidate for the GOP vice presidential nomination – has been a mixed bag in our book when it comes to foreign policy. She correctly lambasted U.S. president Barack Obama‘s proposed crony capitalist trade deal – although she’s been needlessly provocative in endorsing the federal government’s interventionist policies in Ukraine.
Oh well, agree or disagree with Fiorina – she’s at least rolling out some substantive proposals to discuss (which should serve her well as the Veepstakes conversation really gets going).
Anyway we look forward to hearing – and commenting on – her foreign policy vision.

Yeah, with all the jobs she outsourced to China – she’s probably got good experience.
The Chinese hail her as a job creator, and for them, it’s actually true!
We all want our economy to produce good-paying American jobs, of course. Keep in mind, though, as you’re throwing stones here regarding Fiorina’s past offshoring that we all do the essentially the same thing every time we choose to purchase the less-expensive Chinese import product rather than the more-expensive product manufactured in the US.
What a waist of money this campaign is. Unless she is running for Vice President.
I’m glad to see her focusing on the issues and her vision for the country while others are getting manipulated by the liberal media.
The polling 1% politician is giving a speech on China while the USA swims in record debt….uh huh
A debt mostly owed to China and Japan.
The dirty little secret is that China has no impact on the US govt’s choice to sell them its debt.
Zero.
If the US gov’t maintained balanced budgets, there would be no “debt”, only trade imbalance- which are two entirely different things.
No disrespect, but that’s obvious…and how many years ago did the gov. balence a budget?
Probably back when the ink on the Constitution was still drying.
LOLOL nice one!
I’ve been pretty impressed with her so far. Will she be the nominee, not likely, but she sure is good at getting her Hillary sucks message out and making Hillary defending interviewers look like idiots. What I wouldn’t give to see her face to face with Hill debating issues.
I thing she would eat Hillary alive!!!
If only Donald Trump shaved his head.
She would be an excellent President. I find it infuriating when people refer to her running for Vice President. She is so uniquely qualified to be in the Oval Office. It is frustrating when media outlets don’t take her seriously because she is a relative unknown. I believe that if you are paying any attention it fairly obvious that she is one of the most serious candidates on the trail speaking on issues and actually sharing her vision and ideas.
“Feb 14, 2005 … Carly Fiorina resigned as CEO of Hewlett Packard last week under pressure from the board and shareholders. She will get a severance package worth about $21.4 million. The share price of HP stock has fallen over 50% since Fiorina took over in July 1999.”
I guess only little people suffer when they lose their job . Job destroyers like Carly, are above all that.
Hope she can do for America what she did for HP!!
