IF YOU BELIEVE THE MSM …

|| By FITSNEWS || There’s a Reuters post out today from reporter Lucia Mutikani extolling recently released producer inflation and industrial output data.

According to Mutikani, producer inflation “rose more than expected in June as the cost of gasoline and a range of other goods rose, indicating the recent oil-driven downward spiral in prices was abating.”

Really … so that 0.3 increase (instead of the expected 0.2 print) is somehow good news?  What about the 0.7 percent year-over-year decline?

Oh … and regarding that “oil driven downward spiral,” what about the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)’s latest report showing crude inventories dropping by 4.346 million barrels last week (and crude production slipping by 4.4 percent – its steepest drop in two months)?

Hmmmm …

And as for that industrial output – which Mutikani’s report referred to as “a rebound” – the 1.54 percent year-over-year increase is actually the weakest growth on record since February 2010.

Translation?  Everything isn’t awesome.

This isn’t a news article, it’s propaganda – intended to support the U.S. Federal Reserve’s plan to raise interest rates later this year.

Just ask the financial analyst Mutikani got to weigh in on all this good news …

“Today’s data support the Fed chair’s message that the economy can support a rate hike,” the analyst said.

Ah, yes.

Here we go again, people.

Rainbows, unicorns.  Rinse, repeat …

Nice reference to the “Lego Movie” Will!

A great kids movie with subtle libertarian undertones:

No, “libertarian”- you gotta watch it…you’ll pick up on the cues.

At one point, they say in the movie (paraphrasing) “Wouldn’t it be great if there was no government?!?!”

There’s lots of other similar stuff in there too…it’s pretty subversive for a kid focused movie.

If you notice in the link, there’s a a reference to fascism at the end too…with Lord Business having his “eye on you”.

Here’s another great quote of his:

“Release Every Micro Manager we have!”

Did he really? You’d think of all people, Buffett would be the least worried considering he was bailed out the last financial crisis with taxpayer money.

When truckers are getting lured away with large hiring bonuses and new subdivisions are popping up all across the countryside ——— take heed. We’re hanging ten on top of a big wave. Now that the entire world knows that a country like Greece can screw the EU with their debt and get away with it, again —– take heed. When will the music stop?

You’re a FUCKING idiot if you don’t see the fucking disaster this economy is in.
The jobs numbers are horrible, the avg. loss on the sale of a house is $40,000, Obamacare is breaking us and salaries have been stagnant for 6-plus years.

Obama is a FUCKING disaster, and you are a Fucking fool to act as if he is not.

so.. I guess what you’re trying to say is – you don’t always agree with everything the government does.

I’m with you, brother… that’s why I make sure that I don’t vote for any Republicans. Too bad my one little vote doesn’t have as much influence as money does, now that the Supreme Court has ruled on the legitimacy of “one dollar, one vote,” but at least I can say I lit a match, instead of frothing at the darkness.

Sounds like you voted Republican.

How’s that working out for you?

Dump Democrats, fix disaster July 15, 2015 at 4:24 pm

Obamacare has KILLED job production, and high taxes are sucking away investment in new business. On top of that, government spending on social programs is strangling us. Until there is a new approach toward our economy, fundamentally, we’ll continue to suffer, fiscally.

Translation: we will not begin to recover until Obama is gone, and the GOP implements pro-American, pro-growth economic practices.
It works every time we do it. But the media is successful in lying about until we end up getting Democrat rule (as in Obama) and subsequent massive failure.
But once people FEEL how bad the Democrats are, we kick them out again, so Republicans can fix the fucking mess they make, again.
Expect a new optimism, and boom, once we get rid of the Democrat Party for a while.
And if we don’t, this country will not be worth living in.
