You have stumbled upon Folks’ new retirement strategy. He puts a dollar in a jar every time he uses the word “horrific”. Based on recent usage, he will need a bigger jar very soon.
I have found it creeping in to my daily conversation. Note: Horrific should NEVER be used when talking about the wife’s cooking!

Folks was just using one of the old “journalist” tricks. You call when you know the subject will not be available and then immediately declare they did not return your call.
I’m not certain Rep. Crawford knows how to check voice mail/email. I seem to recall years ago she went on attack as a freshman representative, there was proof that she had received numerous calls and apologies for an incident that occurred in error, yet she claimed no one had made an effort to right the situation.
It appears that CRAWFORD has been caught with their hand in the cookie jar. I find it interesting that Crawford was leading in the polls when no polls have been taken.

Don’t assume that Heather Ammons Crawford isn’t involved in this. In her first campaign for the SC House, she and her campaign got caught sending out campaign material to certain neighborhoods in District 68 in which the voters were told they were not eligible to vote in the upcoming election when they actually were eligible. Disenfranchising voters is a major violation of law under the SC Ethics Commission. I not sure why anyone was surprised by it since Crawford was the “hand picked” candidate by the “Myrtle Beach Mafia” to replace Rep. Thad Viers, and we all know about his past problems with ethics and the law. BTW, Crawford works for Burroughs & Chapin Real Estate in Myrtle Beach.
