Wilson would sell the Saluda River to a coal company to dump coal ash into if he could make a buck.

But coal ash adds flavor to water. You know what it tastes like? Freedom. Drink up!

It’s already been on most endangered rivers in the US list.It used to be a great place to fish.Add some coal ash,and you can walk on water.
It’s not Obama’s EPA.It’s Richard Nixon’s.

This is a special kind of stupidity from our beloved AG, one has to wonder what’s in the water that Alan doesn’t want gone. My money’s on lead.

Unelected bureaucrats in the IRS vastly overreached their authority with their politically inspired crackdown on conservative groups. This is just one example of what could happen when Federal agencies are given an ever increasing role based on Executive “rules” as opposed to “laws” passed by the Congress.
From what I have read, these regulatory reaches over local streams, lands, and farms will have a tough time passing the “smell test” in the Federal Court system.
A massive new set of rules to this agency should come down in the form of Federal law, passed by the Congress. Grabbing control over these lands with rules written in the EPA and/or the White House is not the way to run a country.

We need to change the job description of SCAG so as to make the main function rooting out corruption amongst politicians and agencies, bringing charges, convicting them and sending them to prison.
Anything to keep this idiot busy with something other than frivolous law suits at taxpayer expense.
Now, there’s a story waiting to be told – how much money have Red states spent suing Obama since 2009 and to what effect?

As of a year ago, the Obama administration has lost 20 Supreme Court decisions. But that only counts unanimous decisions and does not count loses the SCOTUS decided not to review or any in the last year.

Hey! That puddle may not be navigable waters now, but before it rained and before when it evaporated, it might have been navigable waters.

Powerful
interests have allies in government and own the media..
and are blasting out insane propaganda day and night.
The truth is, if we cleaned up our water supply of the worst of the 80,000 or so pollutants.. our IQs would stop falling…our life spans would stop shortening… and half the sickness in the USA would disappear.
(the poisons in the water are taken up in plants .. it poisons our food… not just the water)
It’s unfortunate for the population of the USA that a
combination of powerful, well-focused pressures by special industrialized
interests, together with public inattention/ignorance and the indifference of the
scientific community have us allowing ourselves to be poisoned into a nation of cretins. We’re so demented we fall for this stupid propaganda saying we have a right to poison the water…. and thus our food… and thus our soil… and thus our air… One pollutant, perchlorate aka rocket fuel, displaces iodine in the thyroid gland…. thus causing obesity and mental deterioration… fatigue, inability to tolerate cool temperatures, and muscle and bone pain…. and breast cancers. ?With our decades of never ending war and war machine products we’ve contaminated most of North America.
