FORMER FLORIDA GOVERNOR CALLS OFF PALMETTO STATE SWING IN AFTERMATH OF TRAGEDY

|| By FITSNEWS || Former Florida governor Jeb Bush has cancelled his planned appearance in Charleston, S.C. this week in the aftermath of a wave of terror in the Holy City.

“Due to the tragic events unfolding in South Carolina tonight, Governor Bush is canceling tomorrow’s events in Charleston,” read a statement from Bush’s campaign provided to FITS. “Governor Bush’s thoughts and prayers are with the individuals and families affected by this tragedy.”

Bush announced his candidacy for the presidency earlier this week and had planned to use his Palmetto State swing to ““meet with veterans and discuss how we can make sure America is a leader in the world again.”  Speaking of leaders, Bush was also set to introduce his 2016 South Carolina leadership team – an announcement that’s obviously on hold, too.

my guess is you weren’t going to vote for him anyway so what are you crying about? Hillary didn’t go either FYI so I guess she showed her true colors and you wont be voting for her.

Well Sybil, you can only vote once so I guess he’ll only lose one vote, not three.

Jeb! is a coward, and so is the MSM, who bend over backwards to avoid calling this what it is: terrorism.

Jeb is a huge pussy. If he was a leader he’d come in and take the bull by the horns and carry on.

Not that I’m a Jeb fan but do officials need the problems associated with visiting politicians running for President at this time?

What ‘problems’ does a Jeb visit pose?

He’s a candidate. You’re not talking about a full scale city lockdown.

I stand by my comment. He’s a pussy. He could come and go with no significant impact on the Charleston PD either way.

Really, no problems, well if you say so.

Did GrandTango have kids? This douche sounds like one of his inbred offspring.

Or a nephew.

Indeed. How stupid can he be? Does really think that with secret service in town that the CPD wouldn’t be involved with that?

What about that idea that a tragedy should be shown some reverence, and is not a place for political gestures.

He just lost my vote. He could have easily just stopped in at the church and laid a reef, then left. That’s what a real leader would do. He is showing his true lack of empathy. The man is a fake.

Do you mean Reath, or reefer?

He likely means wreath.

This man kept a braindead woman alive against her husband’s wishes to score political points, you can’t tell me you are surprised by his lack of empathy.

Oh, please. At least get the details right. She was not “braindead” or in a vegetative state. There is video of her (just barely) communicating and showing the slightest responsiveness, that’s not “braindead”. Also, the man was not her husband. He had moved on to another woman in the aftermath.

No Daniel – I lived in Florida at the time. She was deader than a dried out pumpkin after Thanksgiving.

If he would have went, you would be accusing him of trying to use the tragedy to score political points by showing “empathy”.

Jeb – the only GOP candidate that actually shows some class. But I bet Teddie C makes an unannounced visit later today.
