Republicans will have businesses in mind when they vote yes. Some businesses anyways.

The Longshoremen don’t like it, either.
Most labor oriented DC democrats don’t like it.
Most the tea party oriented elected don’t like it.
Even some Rhino republicrats don’t favor it. (Rhino=republican ho’ in name only)
So why is it still being touted? I think The Fat Radio Guy, Rush, has it … It is the U.S. Chamber of “Commerce” that sees opportunities for special deals, special anti-competitive taxes and “special” tax breaks … and a re-enforcement of a cheap labor underclass.
The USCoC is co-joined at the pocketbook to the “progressive” Fascist elites.
Americans get stabbed in the back again. Voting does nothing. Revolution is the only way to save your country.
