THE ONLY QUESTION IS … HOW MUCH?
|| By FITSNEWS || Warmongering U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham made yet another insider talk show appearance this week – and in between demanding America flex her military muscle hither and yon offered up some kind words for Bruce … err, Caitlyn Jenner.
“If Caitlyn Jenner wants to be safe and have a prosperous economy, vote for me,” Graham told CNN’s Dana Bash. “I’m into addition. I haven’t walked into her shoes. I don’t have all the answers to the mysteries of life. I can only imagine the torment that Bruce Jenner went through. I hope he’s – I hope she has found peace.”
Hmmmm …
Graham quickly added, “I’m a pro-life, traditional marriage kind of guy. But I’m running to be president of the United States. If Caitlyn Jenner wants to be a Republican, she is welcome in my party.”
Well, well. Good for Graham …
We know he’s insane on any number of levels (see here and here), but his “I’m into addition” line demonstrates an appreciation for individual liberty that we haven’t seen from the GOP – or from him – in some time.
It also connoted acceptance (which we think Jenner deserves) while eschewing the recent wave of sex change hero worship (which we think is ridiculous).
Of course given the ongoing speculation about Graham’s own sexuality, it wasn’t long before his inclusive comments got the one-liners flowing. Even our founding editor got in on the action …

One reader joked Graham was “making his move” prior to Jenner scheduling her penis removal procedure.
“He’s trying to beat the clock,” he quipped.
Graham attempted to put the gay rumors to bed in 2010 using humor … but they have persisted. His consultants even provided us with a list of women he allegedly dated (including a prominent Washington, D.C. reporter) … although the whole exercise seemed to us a case of trying too hard.
At the end of the day … who cares.
We didn’t devote much ink to Jenner’s sex change … and we haven’t devoted much ink to the Graham rumors. As long as consenting adults are involved, people ought to be able to indulge whatever sexual and gender fantasies they want.
And while Graham’s tolerance is a welcome departure for the “Republican” party of Mike Huckabee and Rick Santorum, it doesn’t change his fiscal unfitness for office … or the contradictory recklessness of his failed interventionist foreign policy.

It is completely impossible to take someone seriously when they giggle like a child at Lyndsey and then praise that fraud Trump as a real candidate. Lyndsey not paying for positive converge? And you wonder why your a joke amongst the actual media?

The real danger in the GOP is not in their hate for LGBT, but in their hypocrisy in actually being ‘closeted’ and using their power to lash out at themselves by demeaning others.

This is hilarious! It is funny that so many Republicans, who cringe at the thought of equal (not superior) rights for gay people, will line up to vote this scary, war-monger back into office, time after time.
