Lobbyists and influence peddlers are not ethical people? You mean they are not providing an unbiased analysis of legislation for the good of the state and its people? I am shocked. How could this have gone unnoticed for so long?

Oh, a lot of the legislation we produce goes unnoticed to most. It’s a good thing, otherwise we couldn’t take over America piece by piece.

SC BIPEC releases its “rankings.” SCRG, SCPC, Gov.Haley, Howie Rich….. left a few off the list for Legislatures to bear in mind.

You can thank Citizens United for this. Corporations are now people and money is free speech. Lawmakers no longer need to cower behind closed doors and backroom deals. Lobbyists stuffing their pockets with cash to get legislation passed is a 1st Amendment right now.

Meanwhile…Nero is fiddling away.
