Yes, Hillary should waste her time trying to woo a blood red state. What a brilliant campaign strategy.

I can’t figure out for the life of me why HP let her go!

“Disabilities resulting from a TBI depend upon the severity of the injury, the location of the injury, and the age and general health of the individual,” says the NINDS.

And following TBI, “common disabilities include problems with cognition (thinking, memory, and reasoning), sensory processing (sight, hearing, touch, taste and smell), communication (expression and understanding).”

WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES iT MAKE if she’s more together than that Reagan guy who could remember his own name during his last term?

Gotta love those questions from our esteemed SC citizens. All those questions tell me is that we have a lot of people locked onto Faux news.

Will the media, in the interests of disclosure and transparency, make sure Clinton’s injury and potential long-term consequences are disclosed and analyzed? Or will they ignore the story, blame the messenger and adopt Clinton’s response, “What difference does it make?”?

Would be great if Hillary got to address these questions to the people that asked them.

For example, you from Beaufort, you are SOOO concerned about Benghazi, can you tell me what country that is located in? What happened there? How Exactly does it bother YOU that 4 people were killed thousands of miles away? And if it bothers you SOOO much, who died? What were their names?

Or, you from Moncks Corner, can you tell me what YOU know about the Clinton Foundation and how it works, since you are SOOO concerned about it?

The former president revealed that his wife’s injury “required six months of … “They went to all this trouble to say she had staged what was a terrible … situated in the space between the brain and the skull behind the right ear.

“Hillary, your husband says you are brain damaged. Can we trust you with the nuclear ‘football’ and codes?”

Do you hear a ringing in your ear? Do you answer the phone when you hear a ringing in your ear? How about that “3-AM PHONE CALL” ..??

I know. His plans to help the average citizen are really funny stuff.

What’s really funny is the idea that he cares about average citizens. That’s a joke. He’s a proud self-proclaimed socialist, where the government and state thrives at the expense of average citizens. Try some new logic, Jonny.

Please explain on how reigning in campaign spending and making corporations and the 1% pay their fair share hurts the average citizen.

Marie Barf May 27, 2015 at 3:45 pm

Jonny – I’m going to give you a dose of reality. As long as there are lobbyists and special interests in DC, all with deep pockets buying unlimted by term bureaucrats on all sides, neither Bernie Sanders, you, nor the man in the moon stand of chance of “reigning in campaign spending.” That’s laughable. Ain’t gonna happen pal. Unless of course you want to put the incompetent Feds in charge of all national elections, which may as well be putting the fox in charge of the hen house and make the system 10x worse than it is now (see Obamacare). And let me ask this: what is the “fair share” for the 1%? How much is it? And who decides that? Who appoints themselves as arbiters of how much people should be making, how much people should be paying and with what authority or expertise do they decide?

Jonny Logic May 27, 2015 at 4:12 pm

Oh, Ok. We should just give up then. That is exactly why the baby boomers ruined this country. Brain-washed into believing the rich deserve everything and everyone else should just shut the hell up.

As for your ‘fair share’ argument. While I don’t know the exact figure, it certainly isn’t ‘fair’ now. So how about we TRY going in the other direction and have the rich and corporations start paying taxes again? Ya think??

Marie Barf May 28, 2015 at 10:22 am

I love how you class warriors and weath re-distributors always gripe about “the rich” or “the 1%” or paying a “fair share” but you can never define what any of those terms really mean. What is “rich” to you? How much of paying enough taxes is enough? You don’t know. I have another idea: what say we hold the elected bureaucrats feet to the fire and have them use what they confiscate more efficiently than what they do. Why do we never do that? Why is it ALWAYS about taking more and more and more from the people who actually MAKE the money in this country and NEVER about the confiscators who consistently waste what they do have on social engineering (vote buying) programs that do not work?

BTW, your boy Sanders is balls to the wall for illegal immigration amnesty right? Tell me how exactly that helps the “average US citizen?”

RogueElephant May 27, 2015 at 1:10 pm

Ms. Fiorina would make one of the conservative guys a great VP. She would balance the ticket this time and get the needed experience for 2024. She is as ready for the big leagues as Hillary and a lot more honest. A Walker / Fiorina ticket would be hard to beat.

Clinton has zero strategic reason to engage people in SC. It’s clearly a blood red state and will vote GOP no matter what in the general election. Who cares about our measly electoral votes?

It’s wiser if you’re Clinton to shut up and let the GOP field pummel themselves into a pulp during the primaries before you absolutely have to start answering questions. She will concentrate on Ohio, Florida, Virginia, and Penn. That’s where the election will be won/lost…as it always is for the last 4 cycles.

Carly Fiorina, the alleged voice of the people. Hilarious.

What’s even funnier is a 70-year-old, upper-crust multi-gazillionaire 1 percenter who hasn’t driven her own car in two decades showing up in SC, using a pathetically patronizing southern accent (was she born on the south side of Chicago or something), talking about wanting to help the middle class! Biggest joke I’ve ever seen.

Now that Jean Toal is retiring, she can work for Hilliary and the Democrats full time in South Carolina. Let’s see how that works for the Democrats.
