INCLUDING FISCAL “F-MINUS” LARRY MARTIN …

|| By FITSNEWS || S.C. governor Nikki Haley made quite a stink at the 2015 SCGOP convention when she went on the warpath – again – against the “Republican-controlled” S.C. General Assembly.

According to Haley, only seventeen of the 105 “Republican” members of the state legislature were consistent conservatives.  Frankly, we’d put that number much lower … and we would question many if not most of Haley’s choices (to say nothing of her credibility in compiling such a list).

For example, former Democrat Larry Martin made the grade with Haley … a guy who once got an “F-minus” from the fiscally conservative S.C. Club for Growth.

Does he belong on a list like this?  Seriously … just because he’s carrying Haley’s water on a ridiculous “ethics reform” bill (one that would actually do more harm than good), does that make him a “consistent conservative?”

Please … Larry Martin isn’t a conservative.  Nor is he even really a “Republican” (although the border on that latter designation has obviously moved considerably).

Anyway, to read the latest on the “Haley versus the world” drama, CLICK HERE.

And here, in all their glory, are Haley’s seventeen “consistent conservatives.”

Since you’re not a “Republican(heh heh heh)

How do YOU know what a “Republican” really is?

Campsen, Davis, Peeler, Fair, Atwater and Quinn are all “douches”. I don’t know much about the rest of the lot.

Poor Nathan Ballentine….all those years of serving his queen and she leaves off of her ‘loyal subjects’ list.

He can’t restore all the damage he’s done to his knees for her.

How many times did Sen. Shane Martin hold up legislation so that he could ask HIS governor how she felt about legislaton?!? And the pictures he took with her at fundraisers?!?

He subjugated himself to her prowess only to hear now many years later, “off with his head! I meant, off with his name (on my list)!!”

Add Democrats to the ones off the list and you have the majority to override her vetoes.

Larry Martin is anti-2A, also. He looks like that creepy guy every small town has at least one of who a thinking person would never let babysit yheir children or take on a camping trip.

You cyberbullies ought to read this new book. It applies to all subjects, not hust this Nikki thing.

So You’ve Been Publicly Shamed is Ronson’s tour through a not-necessarily-brave new world where faceless commenters wield the power to destroy lives and careers, where the punishments often outweigh the crimes, and where there is no self-control and (ironically) no consequences. On one hand, part of what makes this book (again, ironically) so fun to read is a certain schadenfreude; it’s fun to read about others’ misfortunes, especially if we think they “had it coming.” Jonah Lehrer, whose admitted plagiarism and falsifications probably earned him his fall, stalks these pages. But so does Justine Sacco, whose ill-conceived tweet probably didn’t merit hers; as it turns out, the internet doesn’t always differentiate the misdemeanors from the felonies. But the best reason to read this is Ronson’s style, which is funny and brisk, yet informative and never condescending. So You’ve Been Publicly Shamedis not a scholarly book, nor is it a workbook about navigating ignominy. It’s an entertaining investigation into a growing–and often disturbing–demimonde of uncharitable impulses run amok.

Tom Davis is a Jean Toal Democrat. Ask anyone in Beaufort County that really knows him. Campsen just does what Davis tells him to do.

Nikki, this was a stupid political move.

Good guy Jonathan Hill left off list because he wasn’t in the legislature yet when one of the votes took place.

Haley was challenging the party to be more conservative. There is no easy way to do that, and her speech was not perfect, but she is correct.

Our GOP controlled general assembly is not conservative, but very middle of the road.

I applaud her for asking for more conservatism.

it is all a bunch of rear end kissing and attempts to curry favor and she cannot see it.
I’ve heard most of the 17 make some pretty unsavory comments about her.

A few I can agree with as conservatives, even though I might disagree with them on the social side – the rest are nothing more than pandering.

Todd Atwater and Rick Quinn are nothing but Haley suck-up losers. Quinn is a fat, back-stabbing double talking carpetbagger. Don’t know what that pompous preppy self-promoter Atwater has done while in the House other than be a Haley lapdog beholden to the special interests and fat cats. Too late for Toddy . .people already recruiting and getting financially behind good challengers for his seat in ’16 who will do more than just kiss ass, although we all know Toddy’s trying to quietly raise money over in Columbia so he can screw Massey and take his Senate seat.

Kevin Bryant is the most conservative member of the Senate. Nikki just has an issue with him for some reason. He is holding up the gas tax increase for crying out loud. Kevin is much more conservative than her Royal Highness. This is a joke. she is a joke. This is nothing more than a plot to say she took on the Republican establishment in her state. This is nothing but a National play in politics.

She’s bucking for a promotion.
