PREPARE TO BE SCREWED …
|| By FITSNEWS || Before you get the idea this website is just another “Republican” voice bashing Hillary Clinton … stop and take a look around our pages. You’ll quickly discover we are no friend to the Grand Old Party, nor its leaders. In fact we gave up on “Republicans” years ago.
But the Clinton candidacy must be assailed … not because it conforms to GOP talking points, but because it differs from them only by degrees. Warmongering? Hillary’s got that base covered. Crony capitalism? Yup. Deception and hypocrisy? Oh yeah.
Like her predecessor Barack Obama, Clinton can (and will) talk about the “middle class” all day long … but at the end of the day her policies are going to continue its suffocation.
Or to pick another metaphor, its screwing … which was depicted in a new cartoon by A.F. Branco of Americans for Limited Government (ALG).
Branco’s cartoon is a play on Clinton’s new logo, which has been bashed by ideologues and graphic design artists alike.
“The arrow’s direction and its Republican-minded red color, for starters, has raised alarm that she’s signalling (sic) an imminent political shift to the right,” Darren Samuelsohn wrote for Politico.
Signaling? Look in the rearview, man …
Anyway, for a high resolution of Blanco’s cartoon (which you can share on your social media pages), CLICK HERE.

What She Worry? A few emails to the right Arab bagmen and Hubbie’s “foundation” fattens even further than Her spreading posterior.
Oh, look! Her Paul-hecklers can be reached by email too! (Witness the shi’ite storm under Ron’s weekly post here @fits.)
Be afraid. Be very afraid.

Bash the Repubs all you want but use the same club for the Dems, too.
Fits says no difference between pubs and dems? WTF? Last time I checked Hillary and dems support illegal immigration, partial birth abortion( Col.Debbie Wasserbort Shultz Klink said so) and perverted marriage. Our enemies are dems friends.Dems deny Jesus and boo the mention of God.
1) immigrants ain’t illegal anymore.
2) it ain’t the fed’s biz what Constitutionally allowed medical treatments My Wife wants, needs or desires.
3) one can marry a goat for all I care, as long as it doesn’t increase my taxes.
4) last I looked there were more demos in church than rinos.
What else ya got?
wow…so killing a 8 pound baby at birth is okay with you? sad…
Anyway you demonstrate yourself to be a liberal RINO by the fact you used the law to defend murdering an unborn child YET ignore the law in regards to immigration.
My points was not policy…it was that Fits is wrong when they say their is no difference between the two parties…read closer next time…you just exposed yourself as being to the left of Hillary…:)
I would have to go through three tedious, boring and very expensive operations before the abortion issue meant anything to me.
Ask My Wife. She is the one who teaches Tai Chi Hong Kong Broad Swords … And she can give You one of those operations for free!
Death tax?
Give your wife all of the insurance money and donate the rest to the Salvation Army. … That denies the taxsuckers of everything!
1) They’re still illegal and the legal ones have a waiting list 4,000,000 people long
2) It is my business if you want to use my tax dollars to have whatever procedure you’re planning
3) No argument – just don’t look for a joint filing form for you and your goat
4) Not even close – http://www.gallup.com/poll/16381/church-attendance-party-identification.aspx
Yea, that is the thing about Republicans. They think because the can produce polls showing they attend church that makes them Christians. So they tout dubious polls about how often they attend church to show their godliness.
What you will find out of course is that is all they do. Go to church on Sunday. That is all god expects after all, and for their devotion he will reward them with wealth and prosperity. Forget the poor, forget the sick, forget those in need. Ignore the parts of the books of Matthew and Luke relating to those things..
“God helps those who help themselves.” Matthew 25: 31-46 New Republican Standard Version.
Dubious polls mmmkay.
“..That is all god (sic) expects after all, and for their devotion he will reward them with wealth and prosperity……, That’s sort of like those liberals who tout global warming then fly off to the next event in their private jet. Or those liberals who bitch loudly about voter ID laws and then require far higher standard of identification to get into their national convention or “listening events”.
What silly comparisons. First of all, there aren’t enough people who believe global warming is a concern and who have private jets to have any impact on the environment. So that is just nonsense designed to do what Republicans do best. Change the subject.
Second regarding voting, you do not have a constitutional right to enter into a private function. Security is necessary to keep out nuts; generally Republican nuts. On the other hand, Republicans will force you to have an ID to exercise the most fundamental and important of your Constitutional Rights, the right to vote, even though they have yet to prove an incident of material voter fraud, and even though they admit behind closed doors their primary goal is to suppress minority turn out. Yet, they scream if you want people to be required to prove who they are and go through a background check before they are allowed to buy a damn gun. Talk about hypocrisy.
Keep telling yourself it’s a silly comparison: http://www.slate.com/blogs/future_tense/2015/01/23/davos_climate_change_hundreds_of_private_jets_at_the_world_economic_forum.html
Just so you can keep up, what we were talking about is hypocrisy.
Who gives a crap what a hand full of billionaires do? The vast majority of people concerned about climate change are not billionaires, and were not a Davos. Why do Republicans seek to constantly distract from the issues. Attack people, ignore issues should be your slogan.
The point is that your “leaders” are hypocrites – no more or less than “Republican” leaders.
You’re heartless if you’re not a liberal in college and brainless if you’re not a conservative at 50.
Any science on that?
My leaders?. Who are my leaders? I have no leaders on this issue. I formulate my own opinion, as do a lot of people. The last thing I care about is what a bunch of billionaires who will not suffer no matter what happens think. After all I am not a Republican.
If you think those examples are even remotely comparable, I suggest you actually read Matthew 25:31-46. The most clear description in the Bible, of what we should all expect on judgment day.
Oddly, I’m working on my Bible study right now, I’ll raise your Matthew 25:31-46 and see you a Matthew 23:15 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites, because you travel around on sea and land to make one proselyte; and when he becomes one, you make him twice as much a son of hell as yourselves
Well since I do not believe I am a scribe, Pharisee, or hypocrite, I don’t fear that verse. However, I think that verse applies quite well to the new evangelists, mega church pastors, and “prosperity profits” who take the money of their flock to make themselves rich while teaching their flock that god will reward their contributions of money with wealth and prosperity; or to those mostly Republican politicians who say that God told them to run for public office or God told them to invade a country, or God told them how to vote on a piece of legislation; and those who imply that God loves conservative rich Americans more than starving children in Africa.
Hey Colonel I did check out that Papyrus – hmmm….while interesting on John’s side of things.
Name ONE thing (document, word, etc), just one, that Jesus wrote.
As noted elsewhere outside of the blogosphere … Jesus may have been “illiterate”, unable or unwilling to write anything down. (There may be a message in that, too … pearls before swine, “you get my drift …”, “do as I say, not as I do …”, no pencils or monolith scratchers available in the heat of the moment. …)
There were other philosophers before his time, such as Epicurus who did a tremendous amount of writing. Much of it was destroyed. I just find it interesting that not one single thing Jesus ever wrote has been recorded first person.
Yes, of course. But they were not always being chased through the streets by angry competitors and/or the tyrannical fascists.
Hey, if one throws the money changers out of the temples, incites the mob not to do what mobs want to do, smear, disparage and/or slander the opposition’s views, you should probably not write anything down.
He may very well have written quite a bit down, but considering the fighting over and theft of His other souvenirs, one would be surprised if any of it survived. (Consider That Cup or That Shroud.)
2) Really, I agree. But I have never and I don’t believe My Wife has ever asked for g’ment assistance for any medical procedure.
3) That’s what My Wife said … :-}
4) “There are no non-believers in fox holes.” Out here in Taxifornia, since almost everyone is a democrat of one stripe or another, well, just saying’ …
Eddy, you seriously need to come to SC. I know CA has it’s issues, many many many issues. One they don’t have is the religion issue.
You might think you are religious, but when you visit SC – those who are will make sure you know that you are aren’t. If Religion is your thing, make sure it is strong – or be prepared for every twist and turn imaginable. I’ve decided, I don’t want to be a part of religion, I’m comfortable with my own views.
I was born and raised in the middle of Kansas … Ya can’t get more neocon religoid than that.
LOL – I dunno. I lived in OK for several years and did visit Kansas. SC trumps them both IMO.
Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the baddest of them all. I would maintain that nothing can be more forceful, condemning and arm waving than an old bull Black Bumper Mennonite in the spring coming’ off a bad crop and a fight with his wife and his teens.
4) I fall in the never category. Hmmm….
Of note, SC ranks #5 for most religious state based on last “poll” I reviewed. Surprised they didn’t rank #1.
http://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2015/04/why_hillary_cant_be_in_the_moment.html
She reminds me of Chairman Mao.
it makes sense to tack right if she is running unopposed. hillary will be a forgettable president. but thats probably preferable to any of the wingnuts she might run against. might be nice to see o’malley run. heard him this am on NPR. smart guy.
Only one way would She make it into that high chair: If She beats the “wing nuts” to the flat tax. ….
(I might even …!)
Never happen..Hillary and the dems try and construct laws to steal earned wealth and distribute it to those that don’t work and ride the perpetual welfare train for votes.
Mmmmm … Jerry Brown made some headway with His Flat Tax proposals, circa 2008 and earlier.
And check out the Wall Street Urnal and Investors Biz Daily to see who is getting the Big Bank money and donations this time … 77,598 pages of tax codes are bad for business, too.
That was then, this is now.
Way back then, She and Hubbie were just Ozark Mountain Trailer Trash.
Now? She and Hubbie have Forbes List sized stash to protect.
Derp. First woman President will hardly be forgettable. Hard to believe the Repubs aren’t going to offer that tempting choice.
Democrats and Republicans are two sides of the same coin.
Only to liberal socialists like yourself trying to get Democrats elected.
So, don’t vote at all or vote anti-tax at every turn … or do like the g’ment unions and vote in every booth within 100 miles and then mailin a few dozen illegals’ votes for them.
So let me understand your point. We, the “commoners” (your words not mine), are to choose between a person who says she will fight for the middle class, will protect social security, will protect Medicare, will take action to improve the lot of the average citizen, and will fight to get money out of politics; but who you say is lying; and one of a group of people, all of whom admit they have no intention of working for the average American, have no intention of protecting social security, no intention of protecting Medicare, who openly propose to increase the influence of big money politics by allowing unlimited contributions, who say openly they want to cut taxes on the richest Americans (i.e. couples with a net worth of 10 million of more) and pay for those cuts by cutting programs that benefit the middle class, and whose prior candidate has already said the party cannot be concerned with the poorest 42% of the people in the country.
So I guess it boils down to the party of the “commoners” vs. the part of the aristocracy. And you propose the “commoners” support the aristocracy because they are not lying about screwing the “commoners”.
I see that you believe what you see on TV. Cut your cable, Jack.
(Read a book: try chapter two of “The Road To Serfdom” … ;-})
No, I just read and watch everything. I don’t limit my self to Fake News, Beck, Rush, Drudge, etc, etc, etc.
How about you trying “Capital in the 21st Century.”
Dear Jack,
This election is NOT about Hillary Clinton. It is about whether the American people are stupid and drunk enough to give the American hating Muslim clown Obama a 3rd term- via Hillary- so the Democrat Socialist Party can finish destroying this nation.
Ain’t gonna happen.
fc
Your tinfoil hat is slipping.
Just a fact. Obama has destroyed the Democrat Party. Look at congress and governorships since 2008…even worse for Dims in state legislatures…
Obama wiped out the party…
Really, because I think its about whether we are going to sell the Presidency and the Congress to the Koch Bros, Defense Contractors, Wall Street Moguls, and their billionaire allies, who will proceed to rape the country, bankrupt the middle class with tax cuts that benefit only them, and turn this country into something similar to modern day Russia.
Muslim Obama destroyed the Democrat Party, Jack. He not only transformed America-he transformed the Democrat Party into the minority party.
Polls say otherwise, but you dupes will continue to be duped by the likes of Fake News, Beck, Rush, etc. etc. All of whom are funded and controlled by the same billionaire interests you do not believe exists. The Koch Brothers are looking after you. Just keep believing that.
Jack, I thought it was Fixed News. Was I mistaken?
More Fake than Fixed I think.
Whether the American people are stupid and drunk enough? Damn, you really hate your fellow Americans don’t you asshole? If you don’t like America then leave you slimy little traitor.
‘commoners’…Bill and Hillary are ‘commoners’??? hahahahahahhahahahhah!!!!
And where did I say that? I said fits words not mine. There are no commoners in the US except in the eyes of Republicans and their billionaire donors, who believe they deserve to run the country. But if you had any clue how rich the “Aristocracy” is in this country, you would know that in their eyes anyone with less than tens of millions of dollars is a commoner.
Why are you worried about those that are wealthy? What do they owe you? Seems like a lot of wasted time being envious of those that have more than you…
Typical Repugnut tactic. Attack the person. Don’t address the issues. I Not envious of anyone. I am not worried about their wealth. I am worried about them using their wealth to take over the government and screw me and the vast majority of Americans so that they can become richer and richer. The middle class is the back bone of this country. They are the source of liberty. Kill the middle class and you kill liberty. The billionairs will be as rich as Croesus, no matter what happens. Granted they will not be quite as rich as they would be if the government existed only to make them richer, but they are working hard on that and buying as many politicians as possible to make sure it happens.
There are no socialists running for President, that is just a stamen by stupid people who do not even know what socialism is. Everyone benefits from this country, and everyone benefits from what the government does. The ultra wealthy like to pretend they do not benefit far more from government than the rest of us, but they do. They are the takers. The average American is trying to do the right thing, work hard, be successful, and provide for his family. Programs designed to allow for that benefit everyone. But these guys will gladly prevent that from happening if it would cost them one cent in taxes, even though they also benefit heavily from taxes..
Money is simply a GAME to many of them. Having money is like scoring points- the more money you have the higher your score. It’s a competition, and it doesn’t have anything to do with lifestyle. Does anyone really need more than one jet and one yacht? We need a return to the “Golden Age” of the 1950’s, when the top tax rate was about 90%. That will turn the 1% into job creators. And stop the pretense that income from different sources should be taxed differently.
Amen!! My first wife was like that. All she did was bitch about what other people had, without understanding that W word – you know – the one that is pronounced WURK.
When I watch Hillary Clinton travelling across America in a minivan and pretending to be “one of us,” I get an overwhelming sense of phoniness. But as Jack wrote above, at least she proclaims support for the people’s issues. Her GOP opponents exploit all the typical Republican totems — guns, abortion, Sharia law hysteria, fear of “socialized” medicine, the “welfare Cadillac” myth, flag-waving, phony fiscal austerity, racist anti-Obama fables, Common Core, etc — to dupe their dewy-eyed supporters to elect them so they may carry out policies protecting moneyed interests.
“When I watch Hillary Clinton travelling across America in a minivan and pretending to be “one of us,” I get an overwhelming sense of phoniness.”
You are right to feel that way, because it’s true.
“But as Jack wrote above, at least she proclaims support for the people’s issues.”
She’s lying. She doesn’t give two shits about “the people”. She cares about power
*standard disclaimer that this is no defense of or endorsement for Republicans
Republicans only care about the liberties of those who bankroll them, their true constituents.
The Dims are any different ??????
Yes
How so?
“and will fight to get money out of politics”
lmao!
Seriously!?!?! You just SERIOUSLY made that argument the day the book “Clinton Cash” came out?
You’ve been thoroughly bamboozled.
Left & Right are simply two wings of the same bird of prey(Butler Shaffer), and you are the prey.
lol…”money out of politics”….Jesus..that’s funny as hell. Are you also willing to pay her $300,000 speaking fee to hear her tell you that?
You obviously did not read my comments at all. The alternatives are someone who says they will make an effort to get money out of politics, and who supports a constitutional amendment to do so, and someone else who is pushing for legislation to increase the influence of money in politics to allow billionaires to make unlimited contributions to the candidate(s) of their choice. That is nothing short of putting Congress up for auction to the highest bidder. Maybe I will be proven wrong, but I believe Clinton is far more likely fight for campaign finance reform than any of the Republicans are; because Republicans believe rich people giving unlimited money benefits them. As with all Republicans you want to attack the person and avoid the issue.
How can you people not see what Citizens United has done to this country? Are you blind? How can you support people who insist on making that problem worse.
“Maybe I will be proven wrong”
You will be proven wrong champ. Very honestly, you’re a fool.
My saying that isn’t an “attack” either, it’s reality.
“You obviously did not read my comments at all.”
lol….how is that? I took your comment and quoted it in response. Did you not mean it how you wrote it?
“As with all Republicans you want to attack the person and avoid the issue.”
Just like you are incorrect about the money grubbing Clinton’s supposedly wanting to remove money from politics(I actually laugh every time I see that idea in writing), you are also wrong about me being a “Republican”.
So when you are feeling “attacked”, make sure the “attack” isn’t actually just the exposure of reality couched in a way that is displeasing to your person.
As with all haters, whether Obama or Hillary, its all personal. I understand you hate Hillary, I understand you will not support her. So what is your point, beyond that? Its your word against hers. She says she will do something you say she is lying.
So you will instead support people who openly say they are going to screw you. Who will pass legislation to allow billionaires to give unlimited money to politicians. Who will cut taxes on the rich and make the rest of us pay for it. Who will get us into endless wars that the rest of us will pay for. Fine, do it. That’s why we have elections. People like you are allowed to screw yourself if you want.
” Its your word against hers. ”
My word against hers eh?
The speaking fees, a new book detailing their illicit money streams, her past associations with corrupted banks and ill gotten loans, all that is lost on you?
That’s really “my word” vs. “hers”?
Dear God, you’re impervious to reality.
“People like you are allowed to screw yourself if you want.”
It’s you and the voting people screwing yourselves champ, not me. I take the George Carlin approach.
You can keep running with “Hope & Change” if it makes you feel better.
Again, this isn’t an endorsement of or defense for Republicans.
Consider it a PSA.
Of course its an endorsement of Republicans there are only two choices.
And so what if Hillary gets a 300k speaking fee. That is nothing when compared to a billionaire making a 20 million dollar contribution to a single candidate. That is nothing like the Koch brothers promising to raise one billion dollars to buy the next election.
So what if some right wing group puts out a hit book on Hillary or some guy wants to make a few million selling anti-Hillary books to Republicans. We all have to choose who to believe at some point, and sometimes the choice is who is least bad. In this case there is no contest in my mind, who is least bad.
Will Clinton be good for the Middle Class. I think so, but in event she will be less bad for the Middle Class than anyone on the other side.
“And so what if Hillary gets a 300k speaking fee.”
Because it shows she’s not for “spreading the wealth”.
“some right wing group puts out a hit book”
Look, the reality is that if the book is sourced and researched properly that it doesn’t matter who put it out.
You don’t think Hitler actually had some correct viewpoints at times? Or Bush? Or Obama?
“Of course its an endorsement of Republicans there are only two choices.”
Wrong. I choose neither. You can keep your “sometimes the choice is who is least bad”-I’m sure it will get you the same place it’s gotten the country for decades now.
That you would shut your eyes to the obvious is really discouraging.
How about a little credit to Stephen Gilpin
http://www.shannonassociates.com/artist/stephengilpin#url=5990
A few years ago he “updated” his image which I would attach but skippy doesn’t allow for such
My biggest problem with Hillary is her close relationship with the Wall Street Bankers. It was Bill Clinton that in the very last month of his Presidency, on the way out the door, took a bribe in order to sign the “Futures Modernization Act.” That Act deregulated the Wall Street gamblers products of: Options, Derivatives, CDO’s and all manner of rip offs. Thus leading directly to the 2007 crash and the Depression we are all in today.
That alone is enough never to vote for her for anything. Yet, what Republican is running who would not do the exact same thing again, or worse: None.
Where is someone worth voting for from either party???
Maybe Elizabeth Warren; but Hillary has already scared, or bought, her off.
Plus, many rednecks down South would never vote for what they think is a Massachusetts Liberal.
the two biggest pieces of legislation that screwed the middle class was 1) repeal of the law (Sarbanes Oxley?) separating banks, insurance companies, and investment houses 2) giving secured creditor status to these same companies that send unsolicited letters to folks saying “you have been pre-approved for” credit they can’t possibly repay and cannot now wash off in bankruptcy. Both of which helped Wall Street- one signed by Clinton and the latter signed by Bush.
All Good points.
I hate to remind my good friends of the Republican persuasian that Ronald Reagan (note I voted for him twice; second time my mistake), created the largest tax increase in US history since World War 2, and destroyed the Savings and Loan Banks. Thus, laying the ground work for the housing disasters that came later.
He also deregulated the airline industry. But, did not enforce the Anti-Trust laws. Which killed competition making the mess we have today. Maybe he was right: Washington was the problem, and he was its biggest problem. But, I digress.
This website is just another Republican voice bashing Hillary Clinton.
