Of course we could just legalize pot and really post the agriculture sector. Just think of the new brands. Cayuga Cronik, Ohio’s High, Indiana Jones’in, Kentucky Blues Grass, Tennessee Trippin’, Mississippi Moondance, Alabama Astro, Carolina Krip. And my personal favorite – Georgia in my Mind, and Low Country Loco.

I am all about legalizing the shit. As I have said repetitively, I don’t smoke it, would if legal. I do favor legal and tax.

“federal government policies that artificially increase the costs of doing business for farmers and by ending these costly barriers”

Like what specifically? What cost increases? What barriers?

Probably not the farm subsidies and incentives in the latest farm bill..

In my area, after a year of searching, they have a farm. I know this sounds gruesome, but how many of you eat meat/veggies? I can have a pig/cow slaughtered and USDA packaging, not to mention in crop sharing. They also participate in educational classes, such as butchering, how to farm and be a good custodian of the earth. They work hard, and I doubt they get paid not to plant.

Look up CSA in your area to see if you might benefit.

One of the funniest, and cruelest, damnations of the American farmer.

For the most irony, read with your mouth full.

The full text is much longer I think I recall.
