Lest we forget, the nut case loon known as Todd Kincannon, is packing, and freely roaming Columbia and other counties.
Arm squeezes for everyone!
Was he black? Will this be yet another cop shooting a black man?
Nope. Black people rarely kill themselves. A white cop will usually do it for them.
So black people are essentially cowards, they don’t have a problem killing others but are afraid to take themselves out.
It is against most of them’s code to do anything which might be beneficial to society. See Bizarro code in old Superman comics. Thetr are many close paralells.
A cop shot him: it has to be justified.
That didn’t take long.
Did he shoot himself in the back?
Yes, he was also running away from himself.
Max, can you give me an example of a small animal that when confronted with danger will freeze in place from fear rather than attempt to flee?
I’m sure the last of those were eaten long ago.
There’s a reason for the question but I don’t have time to follow up on it — maybe by the end of next week……
This was a boy I grew up with. We were neighbors since I was 8. He was kind and funny and was one of the first boys I ever kissed. I have no idea what happened to him after I moved away, but please be kind with what you say here. He was the only child of a very sweet lady and grew up without his dad. He was a Charleston PD officer, not North Charleston, and had NOTHING to do with the shooting up there.
With suicide not attributable to a clear cause, one always has to at least suspect untreated depression or bipolar disorder. Cops perhaps especially–given their many stresses–should have untarnishing access to counseling, diagnosis, and treatment of these lower-grade disorders that all sorts of successful citizens share.
Instead of getting a divorce, your friend decided he would leave two kids fatherless…and create a burden for his wife. Clearly not the best example of good mental health. It remains to be seen if either George or wife or he suggested, considered, or received, counseling.
When the actor George Sanders committed suicide, he left this note.
“Dear World, I am leaving because I am bored. I feel I have lived long
enough. I am leaving you with your worries in this sweet cesspool. Good
luck.”
However, Sanders was also experiencing early dementia.
As “assisted suicide” is becoming acceptable in our culture for seniors, because we consider them “expendable” and a drag on Social Security, feelings about suicide has changed. For them. But for any able-bodied adult who chooses to leave two kids and a wife this way? So not in any way, kind or reasonable.
Sorry for their loss and yours.
Have Katrina or Alan creamed in their jeans over this, yet? It is probably a desired ending in their world.
Sometimes, when a cop has yielded his/her produce, he/she is expendable. Cops are forced to do all sorts of things to earn their paychecks. Important, sometimes criminal things. They can even have a shelf life — i.e., become disposable when they have served their purpose(s), know too much, or start asking annoying, incriminating questions about that elusive >bigger picture<.
Same for those who wear those 'other uniforms.'
