He’ll have Antisdel Chapel rocking for a couple of hours and traffic will suck all freaking day but he has to come support Ol’Enos. There’ll be lots of feel good moments, photo ops and great pull quote material – and in the end, the students will have ,lost a couple of days of class and nothing real will have happened.

consider how the odds are stacked against any decent human being getting into a position where they could make a credible run for the presidency. consider the wretched half-dozen people who currently share 90% of the chances of being the next president. what sense does it make to criticize someone who wins this dog show? we should be thankful for any president who doesn’t literally blow up the country; who allows us to go about our daily lives for the most part.
